Tichondrius still feels terrible and come to think of it, the whole taking-damage-demon build is pure garbage. You need Soul Rewinder, Wrath Weaver, Bazaar Dealer, Malchezaar, Tichondrius, Floating Watcher to get any value of it meaning you cant cycle cards as much as you can in other tribes, not to mention you have to get extremely lucky to find all these early to scale whatsoever. Most of them being t4+ means that if you struggle with your quest, you simply cant recover from this since they come online way too late. So you get a free spell each turn from Dealer, fine there are quests which give more. You roll twice for free, elementals do it since t3. Honestly, at least give them the discover demon back, at that point i feel that even if the current demons get buffed this build would still be unplayable. I reckon that Tichondrius could go +2/2, maybe Malchezaar or Dealer to t3 too, i dont know at this point.
Looking forward to seeing the next phase for battlegrounds. Quests is very fun, anomalies was eh, buddies was good but broken at times. Hope this next one is something totally new and not a rehash
my problem with murlocs isnt the big minions with choral and bream counter, but what makes me frustrated the most is the poison. I feel like poison and big stats in one tribe is kinda too much.
Tichondrius buffed a little but I don't think that fixes his problems. It's effect is too underwhelming for a tier 5 minion and it is almost impossible to cycle demons.
Got some games in today. Sat at Tier 3 with elementals casting every Tavern spell I could get my hands on, cycling cards like crazy and actually made it work. Took a 1st place win out of that game. It almost felt like I was cheating, like the other players literally had no shot. Got 3 Golden Cyclones up over 300/300. Loads of fun, look out for it.
Thank god for the feathermane fix. Cost me a 1st once when i pivoted from beasts into kt menagerie with reborn phalanx, when my 2nd copy was supposed to summon i summoned feathermane instead and insta lost the game
After you talked about Felboar, I was going to tell you I went elementals yesterday and ised Living Azerite, got him tripled fast and had a good Felboar and Peckish Feldrake. Then you menioned Living Azerite and Peckish Feldrake are good together. Ahahaha, I can confirm! I got 1st place!
Some interesting changes for sure, and will change alot of the meta, had some serious op games getting tier 7 cards arround turn 4 to 6 and looking forward to the new meta
Oddly enought, I have played old Tichondrius with demon refresh quest. It is good early but falls off. Still you can make it to top 3 or 4 but not good enough to win the lobby unless you can finish it in 11 or 12 turns. Playing around Tichondrius is possible but really not advisable.
And beasts still have no counter. Tbh i dont really care about those changes. They wont change beast lobbies. Big murlocs or big demons have a hard counter. Beasts will stay S-tier
Yeah I'm not happy with the changes. It really feels like the balance team is only in it to collect their paycheck every week. They don't actually care. Felboar to T5 maybe is good but he should have been like a tier 3 or even four, Tichondrius as you said should just be deleted since they just made that one change he buffs himself. He should have come down to like Tier 3. Bream should have gone up to at least T5, And maybe only get +1/+1 per murloc.
We will never know who got let go with the layoffs, but my thoughts are the Balance team had other jobs also before, and now that the team got slashed they all do three jobs. The poor Balance Team probably gets about a half hour a day to talk about things.
Did you have a stroke at ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8p6jdv3w5XA.html cause you said the same thing back to back as though you didn't listen to yourself saying it the first time. Love the rest of video, awkward edit this time.
Actually that was not a misedit at all. I often say the names of cards, and what not twice. When I say it like that it is a reinforcement of important information so it sticks. Edits will always be done faster on Patch videos because I get the information, and am racing to find a happy medium between finding a happy medium between the amount of editing I want to do, and getting it out faster :) Blizzard does not consider me a content creator so I do not get it early like some people do.
My issue with undead is that they're very all-or-nothing. I see them winning reasonably often, with boards full of golden eternal summoners, but when they don't win they place very badly.
