My Le Creuset manual specifically says NOT to use lemon or citrus acid to clean it. Honestly, their suggested method of baking soda and water on a simmer works! It takes a few goes, but we're talking about a pretty passive 30 mins TOPS, which I'm just waiting for the dishwasher stuff to finish anyway.
Hi Joseph! My manual for enameled cast iron cleaning care only says no abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. No mention of lemon juice…I also checked the website to confirm. I have been cleaning mine with hot lemon juice for years without issues! But that is great to know baking soda alone also works well!😊 appreciate your comment. Take care.

What do you find is the best time of day to workout? I also have 4 kids, work full time and also have a part time job. I struggle with finding the time to get a workout in. It has been far too long since I've lasted worked out and its something I'm looking at doing for myself again. 😊
Hey Kayla! Wow you are super busy!! 4 kids and a full-time AND part-time job? GIRL! No wonder it is hard to find time to work out. For me, I am home most days so I am flexible and usually workout mid-morning. I like to workout when I have the most energy (so it's more enjoyable). With a full-time job, you may need to work out before the kids wake up (if you can!). Most importantly, you really want to choose a time that is realistic and maintainable long-term and that works for your schedule. Even a 30-minute workout a few times a week can make a difference! I wish you all the best on your new fitness journey!

Thanks for the tip! I have also used vinegar before… but I find the lemon works better and gets my pots sparkling clean with less scrubbing than the vinegar! 🍋🍋😊 however, if I don’t have lemons on hand - I definitely would substitute with vinegar 😊!
The program I followed was from Caroline Girvan. I really like her Iron Series workouts, but she has many free ones to choose from. Warning, ⚠️ some are pretty intense 😬😅.
