The cops actually love this girl they know she is sweet harmeless little flower like a dad gently guiding his daughter this doesnt happen very often she is being treated very nice
I'm pretty sure this is the result of meth use folks. I live in New Orleans French Quarter, and there are more and more people acting this way all the time here.
The funny thing is police see that all day they will do nothing and if you call and try to have police do anything they will not do anything they will side with the restaurant because the restaurant probably gives them free food on the side to shut up and look the other way
I have never ever seen police visit the Westminster Plaza. When the workers were painting the pavement, I asked them about the green painted pathway, and I don't think anyone knew what it was for. But I told the Pizzeria, and they payed no attention to me.
i wonder what drug it is that makes ppl like this - i know there is mental illness out there too - but as you stated - she was once sane - so not all can be blamed on mental illness - street drugs do something - i see it - it is so sad - i just wonder what drug it is - it gives all the same crazed behavior
At least she isn't in the middle of the street playing chicken with traffic, like a nice looking stoned out of her mind gal I saw a couple of weeks ago at the corner of La Cienega and Venice.

So many people can be helped yet fall out and are stuck in a vicious circle . Too much money is used on weapons and supporting other countries with weapons when more could be done to help the poor , those struggling with addictions etc and shelter for veterans, the elderly , single struggling parents etc . Help is what so many need.
