We each have our own experiences - we might track true loves in a private journal or our jobs on a resume, but we don't track more mundane experiences- only after someone else tells us some horror story we go 'oh yea, that happened to me too!
We've all been in situations where- had we known a little bit more - think of the time, angst or money we could have saved! I know i've been there myself plus through situations with others including clients the stories just go on and on.
I decided that if I could help someone get a little advance warning or info or clue - it could help us all!

I've never seen them steal except for one narcissist. But, I can say what I have seen. For one ,they micromanage, they tend to do this for various reasons. Also, criticism of people who they believe are inferior, or who they see as a potential threat to them. They may target a person in the workplace. And be very critical of that person. They may do a lot of passive aggressive types of things, or even be aggressive in some cases. I think that it depends on what type of individual he or she is. And what he or she believes they may get away with doing. They don't brag, but they may be condescending and want to be the boss. They can cause a lot of issues amongst staff, because they are prone to bullying, and kack empathy . But they also at the same time, like she said, will ingratiate themselves with management. Or certain supervisors. They may be on their best behavior in large groups, but they will do a lot of damage to someone they're targeting, and because they aren't that way to everyone, they paint an illusion, not only about themselves and their actual contributions, but also they will do it sometimes at the expense of another worker. They also tend to idealize certain people in the workplace. So it can be very difficult for a person who is having issues with the narcissist to gain any support. They may also do things like "tell on" people, threaten people, and act as though they're doing all the work. And because they appear so confident, they create the impression of being quite competent. But they usually are just average performers who spend more time targeting the competition than actually caring about anyone or anything genuinely.

Can I pay in cash for the rental? That way I don't run the risk of extra charge after the rental...besides I don't pay extra fees for international purchanges since I'm from another country.
Question I was asked by sisters to quit job and be caregiver for mom,I did happily , then I went back to work after she passed, not long later I quit job to take care of dad with dementia ,dad got bad and was hospitalized I lived in family home and paid rent since 18 sister hired lawyer for (dad) and had me evicted , I was told by bailiff I would have 30 days to get my property I was denied by lawyer now my property is gone I spent my money just living when I quit my job, what can I do ?
When I mess up is when writing, is I think about what I want to say to someone I, get ahead of myself and miss words , that I think I wrote. And I get sure of myself and I don't proof read.😢
My oldest half sister, went over my head. And eeceived my fathers retirement money. She did not distribute the money to my 2 brothers or myself. Is rhere anything we can do? To get our parta?
I’ve screwed up at work. and in a couple of hours I’ll have to go and explain myself to a partner. (I supervise a team and I didn’t keep a through enough track of time allocated to the project and we overstepped time boundaries… my bad. but also I had to manage 3 teams at once and it was and is exhausting) Trying to collect myself before I have the conversation and this video was very helpful. I’ll be keeping this in mind. Thank you so much for sharing! Also I really enjoyed the explaining of the managements point of view of the situation. I’ll check out your channel for sure but I’d love to see more explaining that side of things. I’ve only recently been promoted to a more senior role and those things really help to adjust

I don't know about other states, but in Kansas all I had to do was file a transfer upon death for my house to my son. My total assets are far below the inheritance tax limit. I also put his name on my bank account & car titles.
Do not think I am judgement proof but my money is all from my La. state retirement . Under La. RS 13:3118 the money is uncollectable. This is a credit card debt.
Personally, I am judgment proof, and the moment these alleged creditors/debt collectors send me letters attempting to collect a debt, I let them know there will be paperwork with consequences in the US District court. I always take the first shot, and exercise my consumer rights.
Please talk about refreshing the policy because many of my properties I own and have owned for years prices have risen. Personally I use trusts by holding properties in something other than my own name thank you for your time
I have a child with my boyfriend who passed and I lived in the home with him but never married, is my child entitled to any benefits. NO WILL. His oldest daughter came and took everything from the house including vehicles, credit card etc. and she wont communicate with me and has blocked me. I son 8 yrs old would like to know if there will be any services for his dad. because its been 3 weeks since he passed, my church is going to have a service for him so that my son can at least feel at ease. she has already transferred all his accounts to hers including the vehicle when she was seen at the DMW. I don't know what to do since I was not married to him. please help?

What happens if someone dies and they have no family at all their mother and father has died their only brother is dead and they had no children and their brother had no children so what happens then and the house is completely paid for by the way? Does the state take over property and possession and then sell it for whatever taxes might be owed for as long as it sits there or how does this work because we know of a property just like this and we are interested in it and it was left to absolutely no one there was no will and this person because I know them personally has no children no family whatsoever and his brother is dead and his brother had no children or was married so in that situation they're literally is no surviving bloodline what happens to the home then??
I was in an accident 2 days ago on a highway. The person responsible was in the right lane and hit a vehicle in the left lane, then he turned and blocked me making it difficult to stop so I hit him on the driver’s side rear door. The officer declared the guy was at fault for all of this. He was a German tourist and I was visiting from another state. The other car was local. The tourist was in an Alamo rental while I was in a national car rental. Both are the same company so that makes it easier I guess. Hours later my neck, back, and shoulders started to hurt so I sought medical attention. Since Monday was a holiday, Alamo told me yesterday to call on Thursday because it takes a couple of days for the claim information to show up of the guy immediately filed. They said if nothing is there by tomorrow then I can proceed to file a loss damage report. The officer and national said I don’t have to go through my insurance. I’m waiting to see what the outcome will be with Alamo before I contact AMEX and Progressive. I declined insurance through national.

What kind of transfer papers do I need to transfer it to me so that I may sell it to my nephew? I have researched and seen that as long as no one sends her to probate within 8 or 9 months we the children are allowed to step up and sign it over to us and take over the payments? My mother was on dialysis when she passed and the company did threaten to send us to probate I stopped it by continuing her payments which I am doing still today. She did not owe anyone else any money. I know it's an easy simple maybe three or four papers with a notary to watch a sign it?
Long ago when I was about 11 years old I was riding my bike with a friend. We were in an unfamiliar area with condos. I turned the corner and I slipped on gravel and wiped out on my bike! A woman came out of her condo and invited me inside to help me with my wounds. I had really bad boo-boos on my hands and knees. She sat me on her kitchen counter and went to work. She meticulously cleaned the gravel out of my wounds, cleaned my wounds, disinfected them, and bandaged them up. She was so kind and gentle. I never felt so cared for in my life! Thank you mystery woman angel from 43 years ago!
