beautiful work. i am blue prejudiced so what is not to like? but seriously, the uniformity and eliminating all the contrasts softened your space so nicely. simple but clever. i would love to sit in that space and just stare into....space.
Hi Donna. Nice to see your videos moving outside again. I really like the ones that are just poking around your beach and yard, things for the garden, the comings and goings of the birds. Antique shopping, not so much.
Ha ha, well you might like it when I return, as I've been thinking of making my future videos just more of me pottering about the garden, watching the shore, and just the quiet of living here by the sea :) It's a lot of work to edit the antique shopping videos.
My hubby's grandmother was called Bunny and we always joked it was her "toad hall" from Wind in the WIllows, so it became Bunny Hall, just a funny family name for the house
@@kellymcfadden7514 Yes Bunny Hall is a family home we now live in full time :) his grandparents passed years ago. He grew up coming in here and summers and I've come here for years as well prior to we being the current owners.
@@DonnaDavisArt How wonderful to have that spot! My family would go to Eastham and other areas of the area in the summer for a week or two. ❤️ Are you upper, mid or owner cape?Your art work is so cute! I love the otter in the cup! Is the 300 year old cottage a family passed down home too? That is so cozy and charming!
Lol, I've never claimed to be an "Expert" and I see plenty of genuine pieces as well, but one only needs so much furniture lol. Taste of course is subjective and I often by my little 'trinkets' to use in my studio space (I'm an artist). This way I don't feel bad if they are ruined. And anyway, if such bad decisions and poor taste are wrought by the likes of me, think how many more lovely 'genuine' pieces should be left littered about the world for you to find! Happy hunting.
Thank you for always sharing your beautiful Cape Cod! Donna, have you ever painted the view that you have across the water? The white house, the point, etc.? I love that view!
Love the different textures and colors in your garden. To have a picturesque postcard to wake up to every day would be amazing! Thanks for sharing! ❤ ⛵️ 🪴🌿

Thank you for the video. Your garden is lovely. As a child, my parents would take me to the Cape. A wonderful memory! What town do you live in? My father would love to sit by the canal and watch the boats. I would love walking the beach at low tide. ❤
