no, to enable the double/triple/multi cast, you have to press e first and during the e animation you can cast other abilities without being locked in the animation. the timing for almost all of these is that you press e, wait till the end and the for example press wq, a good rule of thumb to get the timing is to press e twice and then wq, or do e - aa - wq, its about the same time you need to do the aa that you would usually wait. Note that you can just press ewq without any timing, but its clunky and doesnt look so smooth like in the video. And if you want to cast the r1, I recommend: er1 - wait for the timing - wq or respectively: er1 - aa - wq so press R1 at the start after e and wq at the end right before the shield expires

For real though, how do you even pull off those combos... I can do the combos tbh, at least the QWER F H parts, but having to right click ground, then Attack move inbetween each spell cast... Jesus christ... how do you get used to that to pull it off at this high speed?

I tried putting Attack move on left mouse button, and tried Q MB2 MB1 Q MB2 MB1 etc etc inbetween each spell. But now even a simple 3 Q combo takes me as much time as It took for you to do all 60 combos
