I just came from Cancun, I went to riu peninsula, I wanna go here next year. I was just wondering if the all inclusive is the same as over there, where all the restaurants and bars were covered in the all inclusive part.
I think from entering the park on the Zimbabwe side to exiting the park on the Zambia side it was around 6 hours which includes the border crossing. we were filming but are also fast walkers. I would say it could be done in 4-5!
@@StNickTravels Thank you :) Oh wow, I thought it would take 2 hours or so, will budget more time ! Your video is really cool btw, beautiful waterfalls and love how happy you look exploring it:) - I can't wait to see it too. Also the kazi univisa info really helpful, thanks for mentioning it - will look into it ^^ (did they actually ask you for yellow fever or any other vaccinations certificates at the borders?) I'll be going in April 2025, unfortunately only for 1 night in Zimbabwe but will try to maximise the experience :)
@@pollyk4984 Awesome, you are going to have a wonderful experience! We are also ones to try and squeeze in a lot in a short amount of time so we can appreciate maximizing the opportunity! They did not ask for any vaccination or shot records from us at the border! We had them just in case though.
Love your video so much! That’s so mesmerizing . Where did you take the second run seems a lot more speed than the first run ( was the second point higher than allmendhubel?)
Thank you so much for the support! We actually swapped out sleds after the first run and that was the main issue. The tracks on it were crooked which were slowing it down and after that we were flying! We stuck to the same route.
Ahh i see, noted. gotta check the sleds track condition first before using it then. Having watched your video made me put Allmendhubel into my bucket list as it has wonderful view and also wide run. Thank you for the lovely video ❤
It's actually coming in the next video so you'll have to stay tuned! For now, I'll give you my Big 5 of African deer: Impala, Topi, Kudu, Gazelle, and the Dik Dik
You can walk up as well but I think the main restaurants would typically have a wait. The buffet dinner does not take reservations. All of the reservations are free though!
It looks like you guys had a fun trip. And your wine influencers did a great job. Great advice about how to get around via taxi. People often take the train to Pinhão and then don't have a clue as to where to go next.
Hello from Victor from Langley, BC Canada 🇨🇦 I am a member also, for another 9 years. Unfortunately, I haven't seen the "you'll save up to 55% off by being a member " deal. Since purchasing the 15 year package my daughter and I (lost me wife 6+ years ago) have traveled twice to Mexico and found better deal packages elsewhere. I fully regret spending over 12,000$ CND on this. I wanted to really thank you for such an authentic review. The way you showed the property, spa, room, restaurants, beach, etc gave me a real sense of what I would be experiencing with my daughter. She's almost 14 and I am not sure if this is adult only? God bless you both 🙏 ❤️ ✝️
Hi Victor! Thank you for the kind support. This was a beautiful resort and one that we would certainly recommend, but it is adults only. If possible, I would consider one of the Dreams properties that would allow both of you to have a wonderful experience in Mexico. Hope you both have an amazing trip!
Hi there! Really the entire coast on the way to Wadi Shab looked like this but this specific spot was at Pebbles Beach! maps.app.goo.gl/uTT8AYZw2SRRDcfEA
I don't think we did a great job in showing it but there is a small aisle that passes in front of the aisle seat going directly to the window so everyone has their own aisle access!
Hi there! No, we did not book anything in advance. We went in shoulder season (late-November) and so it was fairly quiet. I think you can just show up for tastings for sure but may want to book any facility tours in advance as I could see those filling up!
This is Wanderfalls canyoneering coreect? Am trying to plan my itinerary for a 2 to 4 night stay in the Moal Boal area. Wondering the price of this canyoneering venture? I hear Kawasan is around 40 bucks / USD. So want to know how much of a budget i should set aside for both of these ventures. Also. If i were to hit kawasan at 6 a.m i believe thats a 5 hr trek. Would it be possible to fit in Alegria as well? Isnt Alegria like 2 hrs? I know it may be a bit exhausting but if i can knock this out in one day i can relax around Moal Boal the next. Thanks in Advance.
Hi there! Wanderfalls is one of the companies that operate at Alegria and many do. We actually just drove up on our scooter and booked onsite, not with any particular company. I think we paid around $25 each or so! I would set aside 4 hours for Alegria. I'm sure it's doable in the same day as Kawasan if you start early! Hope you have an amazing adventure!
Amazing, thank you so much for the support! Please use our affiliate link for Happy Shuttle, if you are able (no additional cost to you): happyshuttlecancun.com/? For toiletries, they have all of the standard amenities: soap, shampoo, conditioner and they actually also provide additional items like a basic dental and shaving kit. Soap is Persea and the additional kits are Lavarino!
Beautiful video. This was taken a few days ago? I'll be visiting next week. I hope the waterfall is still running strong when I visit end of August through first week of September.
Thank you so much for the support! This video was actually filmed in May so it will definitely be a bit different now. I understand the water flow in September is lower but still think you will have your own unique and wonderful experience!
@@chrissanders6819We've actually been to Cancun in December and February and the pools still feel amazing! Winter is the most popular times to visit the area. In addition to the butler, impressions has several exclusive access areas including two pools, one being the rooftop, multiple restaurants and bars, as well as a lounge! The rooms seem to be a bit nicer too!
Thanks for the detailed review! Which month did you go? I've heard the seaweed is seasonal so I'm trying to increase my chances of clear waters at the beach.
Unfortunately we have only been to Dreams Sapphire so can't really compare to the others but we did enjoy our time there! Wherever you end up, hope you have a great trip!
That sounds like a great time to go! We went in late-November and even though the weather was great I think late-March will be even better/warmer. With 6 days I definitely think you need a full day exploring London with a night on either side. Otherwise I think we would strongly recommend checking out the Dingle Peninsula and/or Kerry Peninsula and the surrounding areas. Tag on the Cliffs of Moher on the front or back end and you are in for an awesome adventure!
The first shot with the colorful trees is some random road between Dublin and Blarney Castle. After that, the next few were: Inch Beach, Kerry Cliffs, Lios Stone Circle and Animal Feeding, Gap of Dunloe, and Minard Castle.
When you guys walked to the grocery store, was it sidewalks the whole time? We want to do that and will have a 2 yr old in a stroller & hoping we can get there. This is so helpful for my birthday trip next month. Thank you! ❤
Yes, there were sidewalks the entire time, it was pretty protected. Still might be worth considering splitting and just having one go alone but up to you! Another tip: we emptied out one of our suitcases and brought it to the grocery store so it was easier to carry a bunch of stuff back! Have a great trip and birthday!
@@StNickTravels Yesss that’s is so true to have one of us go, that probably would help save even more money as well haha! Ooooo that’s a great idea!! We’re going to do that, I never would of thought of this. Thank you again and I’ll let you guys know how it goes ❤️
@@StNickTravelsOmg I have another question. Did they put a new hold or authorization fee on your credit card every night you stayed? Or was it just a one time deposit when you arrive? Thank you so much. I’m trying to plan this hard.
Ahh totally understand! We'll admit, not shown in the video is Rebecca crying through the struggle of it but as long as you're up for a challenge, it will be a great time!!
Haha it was dreary for sure but we actually had a really nice time! We probably made it look like more rain than it was and there was plenty of time to enjoy the resort!
Hey guys, my last question lol, planet Hollywood or Hyatt? I’m still debating between. Hyatt Ziva and Zilaria. But what’s your honest opinion? Thanks so much. Anyway I can offer contribution let me know. Or you guys to answer these questions is awesome.
Haha happy to help! We haven't been to Zilara but it's essentially the family version of the Ziva which is adults only. Between Ziva and Planet Hollywood, we would probably say the Ziva. Adults only, some of the best food, nice rooms, and some great activities as well!
All right so I have to ask because a few of the resorts you’ve gone to has been on our list lol. Would you take this resort over planet Hollywood, and Hyatt Zilara? From your reviews, we loved planet Hollywood because they activities, of course that it’s adults only except when you have to go to the family section, lol, but it didn’t look the best, loved Hyatt because it just seemed relaxing, loved some of the activities. I don’t know if you did them the phone party and glow in the dark Night, but this one looks really really nice. Let me know your thoughts.
Of all the resorts, Secrets Moxche was probably our favorite! The best part about it was the property was just so nice so the pools, beaches, and furniture was amazing. This would be our choice, all other things even!
I really hope you respond and know I am about a year late lol. I’m looking at a bunch of all inclusive resorts to go to. It seems like this one has a good amount of activities to do. Though I might do a few days here and then may go to what I feel as a much upscale, all inclusive like excellence or live Aqua. Couple of random questions lol, when you were running on the beach that area they had to seed weed was that like a private beach area? We would like to explore more of the beach surroundings a little bit more. Also, I don’t know if I caught. When did you guys go and visit Planet Hollywood? I definitely don’t want to see any kids lol, so thinking of going in October when school is still in session. Thanks.
Hi there! Happy to assist and provide some insight. Planet Hollywood definitely leads in activities as compared to many of the resorts we have been to but because that is the case you can definitely expect some kids. The adults only area is really nice and large, but you'll still see kids at dinner and during the activities if that is concerning. Our visit was over Labor Day weekend in September so I am sure October would be better! In terms of seaweed, the resort did a great job of keeping their beach clean. It is in a secluded area so the beaches on either side are undeveloped and I am sure have a bit more. Hope that helps and that you have a wonderful trip!
