We have upgraded to Avid Armor Chamber Vacuum Sealer, and highly recommend it! It’s linked in our Amazon Storefront under Processing! www.amazon.com/shop/redriverliving
I think we had roughly $150 in netting, purchased T post at local Tractor supply $8 each, had zip ties already! Pretty inexpensive, right now the netting is on sale for $60/100ft! Linked in video!
@@redriverliving I've had nothing but problems this year for the first time in a 14 years of planting at my homestead I've had to replant 2x and nothing is working to keep the deer away
This is my first time growing butter beans; i pull the string like you but when I twist the shell doesn’t break open; the pods are quite hard!! Did I harvest too soon?? Too late??
That’s a nice catch mate. If you are going to keep fish remember to dispatch of the fish probably so the meat doesn’t spoil as fast. Also only keep what you need and to be honest catch and release is definitely more rewarding
It’s delicious and Your welcome! 🤗 Thanks for watching! If you have an abundance of peppers, 🌶️ we have a good cowboy candy video! Check it out in our channel!
Enjoyed your video. I planted speckled butter beans this year, also butter peas. I love having these in my freezer. So good to be able to have throughout the winter.
Thank you, yes we love having our freezers stocked going into the winter! Check out our Garden to Table Series! I think you might like them! Happy Gardening! Thanks for watching!
Nice catch ! But i don't understand why people keep catfish over 10 pounds. When they get that big the meat is yellow and it has a muddy dirt taste to it. But i guess as long as I'm not eating it, more power to you.
@redriverliving Oh , I heard that brother on teaching what to keep and what to release. I have 2 grandsons 7 and 9 , they want to catch , clean , and cook everything we catch . Even turtles !! My grandfather taught me how to cook a mean turtle stew. A while back I let them eat it before I actually told them what they were eating . They tore that stuff up. Most people do , unless someone says it's turtle . Then I get the wrinkle face look . Lol 😖 Keep on keeping on brother. Happy fishing !!!
