I work with many black women, you can't say anything to help improve the office, it's also this defensive mode, everything you say it's personal when it's not.
American brown sugar is highly processed. They do the entire process to whiten it. And then the brown sugar they add back some of the removed liquid. Sorry it's the best we have to offer - better to get sugar made in your own country as ours is 💩
Its a coffee brand that was started by a spaniard immigrant who married an italian women and they lived in nyc. Its loved by hispanics and latinos including all of the Caribbean.
This video is much needed. We need more Black women speaking on this prevalent issue. These women are are embarrassing and create a bad image and reputation for ALL Black women. They don’t want to hear it from Black men or non-Black people. They will blame it on hatred toward Black women and how nobody protects Black women or empathize with their daily struggles blah blah blah.
You had me at “no maggi” I’ve literally stopped going to 🇭🇹 and other Caribbean restaurants because of the high MSG content in their cuisines. Your du riz djon djon is mouth watering. Are you in the US Northeast? Keep up the good work.
What so crazy is, the folks that should be loving us and lifting us up makes us conscious of the wide forehead and kinky hair. Even with microlocs I wear my hair forward from a complex the derived from when I was younger from moms, aunts and cousins.
Let's see; what comes to mind when a black man's imagines a relationship with today's black woman: aggressive, angry, selfish, materialistic, narrow-minded, fickle, undisciplined, loud. Today's black woman values acceptance by her peers ('sisters') more than her relationship with a black man. It's almost like they fulfil their inner insecurities by relationship destroying behaviors and use their sister support system to justify their situation ( I guess it's true : 'misery loves company'). Many black men say to themselves ' do I need to go through this drama again' or are there less dramatic (stressful) females out there?
I was in Atlanta GA 1 weekend and many of the black women there have the worst attitude. Snobby and stuck up . Totally mentally enslaved and colonized 🤯🤯.. African women and carribean women take on the nasty American attitude as well
I limit my conversations and time around most black women. Keep it short and professional. No part of me is interested in the aggressive angry black woman. If you’re going to be in my circle, you need to speak full, complete sentences using correct grammar. You need to have etiquette, manners, and respect. Basically if I would not invite her to a black tie event with me, or a high end restaurant because her attitude would be embarrassing, then our conversations need to be kept to a minimum.
It's not black marriages though. Highest divorce rates are in America are black men black women, black men latina women and black men white women. Lowest 3 divorces are black women white men black women Asian men and Asian women Indian men. Pew research data and but will it last study.
Lowest marriage rates and highest divorce rates. Houston, we DEFINITELY have some problems, here! May God bless you and your efforts to positively impact B culture.
We are not standing at a point of equilibrium. The black community (such that it is) is into the third generation of "baby mama" culture. We have a generation of young men today predominantly raised in mother-led homes whose _grandparents_ were predominantly raised in mother-led homes. The entire community of men surrounding them was raised in mother-led homes. And, no, seeing a "father" a few hours a week can _not_ teach them how to function effectively in a home with a wife. _They have nobody to teach them how to be men._ And, similarly, black women have nobody to teach them how to be wives. There is nobody around to teach either of them how to function as husband and wife. That's been for _three generations._ A functional marriage is just ideas, concepts, and theories to them...they've mostly never actually seen a functional marriage modeled. And those concepts are skewed by social media and reality television. Some will struggle through it and learn, but most have not and will not unless as a community we all make a concerted effort to stop pointing fingers and change. Stop listening to the failures among black people and look at the examples of success in other races and the minority of black couples that are successful.
Thugs life! Bling bling! People are impatient! Don't want to sacrifice! I saw guys who doesn't want to date educated women because they are not ready to work hard and grow with their girlfriend and later built something together....
Wow, it looks delicious and you make it look easy! Thank you for sharing this recipe. I will try to do it in the fall or winter when the weather is colder, because it looks like a very warming dish.

❤ It's all planed to decrease our population. Lets look at the attacks, Killing leadership, media used to destroy black politicians, church, family. Mixings moves all have white male husbands in the families. Drugs, psychologically useing,,, strong black women,, which implies weak black man... Shows like Jerry Springer and Murray tearing our families apart. Drugs that we did not bring into our communities. Sexual confusion and showing black men in dresses all in media. Music,,rap that is, was horrible giving messages about women as dirt. Not to mention other issues, The destruction of marriage and again the media portraying black men as gangsters and drug users. And again the exhorting black women while diminishing black men. There's more but I hope one gets the picture. Its a vicious attack that we are dealing with. The results are,, broken communities and families and broken people and a disconnect between our men and women. Folks we need God. We need to love ourselves. Hope this helps someone. The New Testament has information on Love❤❤
Because they involve BM who have the highest divorce rates no matter who they're married to. The same cannot be said of BW who marry out. We know who the common denominator is. BWs marital success rate is very high with other M.
