great swap, also great badging as well. the is 430 on the back looks oem. i see a lot of people mess that part up

Nice! Real Nice. I just bought a Gs430 and I plan to do the swap into my IS 300. I am not certain but it appears that I can swap the complete engine, transmission, subframe with rack and pinion. I know that the drive shaft flange on the transmission is different from the original IS 300 transmission but I am investigating if I can use the FIGS Engineering adapter on the transmission side instead of the differential. I will keep everyone posted.

What did you do for your oil sump location? I got a 3uz out of an ls420 2002 so I gotta relocate the sump I think. Not there yet tbh but it's been bugging me lol
