Hi! How do I add meshes to collide with the simulation? My character is wearing a skirt and is sitting on a chair, how do I make the chair collide with the garments?
Try checking your scaling in your scene, maybe you’re making things too big. I will recommend you start building up your environment by placing in a metahuman or a mannequin in the scene first, so you can guess the scaling of other elements
@@hoodiestudios yeah I placed several manequin in the scene and made sure the scaling is correct but still same,there is a setting to increase the particles size and amount but as soon as I play the sequences it goes back to its original size
Try these fixes and let me know . check your uvs, and also boost the particle distance of the clothes, try the latest version of UE , make sure your using a metahuman character or a default UE character
Thanks for this. I have pockets, but they are falling, disconnected from the rest. How did you made your front pockets to stay in place? I tried to remove like you've done the internal lines, and both with and without it's not working. I am forced to weight paint to zero where it is supposed to have seams, but this is ugly in the simulation and not accurate. I wish to have like you, all painted as full weight for my pockets, but without them to fall on the ground. Many thanks for your help!
Kindly export the one with pockets as the render mesh. But yet still if you want the pockets to simulate, then you will have to export with pockets as sim mesh and paint the edges of the pockets black
@@hoodiestudios - Sorry I meant how do you access the anchors at the corner points? In browzwear or illustrator you can click on a corner point and two anchors pop up to allow you to edit that corner giving you more control.
Yes I know what you’re talking about, in style 3d you have to right click on the point and you will get the option to convert to a curve point or make a smooth cure, I believe in this situation the smooth curve will help out with controls like the anchor style

No I didn't touch the speed in this tutorial, this is the default speed in both the simulation mode and the sequencer , can you give me a screenshot of yours, so I can help out

I can't see Style3D volume Axis Field - only 3 options are visible 1. Style3d, Obstacle and Wind Component is this ok?

Yyhh I'm really loving this, I like style 3d because it really fits with the UE workflow, and it's fast In simulation and more advance. But again they are all great softwares for clothes
Hello, I am using Style3D plugin, Using ready cloths in Atelier for metahuman Avatar, But I am stuck at the animation part in UE, Please can you make a step by step tutorial for metahuman animation with style3D plugin.
Not simulating for me bro. The cloth moves but is in in t-pose while the animation plays... I'm using a mixamo character though (not the manny one), any idea?

I have an observation while following this tutorial, when i added a skeletal asset in my transformskinweight node, i didn't get my model appear inside my cloth like it did in your video. Do you have any idea of what i am doing wrong? and if this has a future negative impact? Thanks
