I have an observation while following this tutorial, when i added a skeletal asset in my transformskinweight node, i didn't get my model appear inside my cloth like it did in your video. Yes, it is possible to make multiple clothes, all you just need is to make the layering right. And for daz 3d, I don't actually know much about daz, but if you can cloth a metahuman in daz 3d, you can export the clothes with uvs and follow this tutorial
need a little help can we apply this setting to whole sets of cloths (pants+shirt) separately or by joining as a single item and then apply these setting?
Hi, need help! First of all amazing video tutorial! I am having trouble, the clothing is not moving with the mesh body of the meta human, the clothing is standing still (frozen) while the meta human is moving. It feels it is not attached. Do you have any ideas why please?
Anyone had any issues with the weights transferring? Seems it's not just me that's encountered it? I get an error saying it can't transfer the weights from the source.

Yes this would be super!! I am trying here and there are some settings of warm up the engine that also can help... in my case I have a skirt and with the walk animation in the simulation all looks fine in the sequencer but once I put for render all is a mess... 😅
I got the same problem at some point, so I had to recreate a new project, and migrate all the assets from the old project to the new project, and that worked out for me
I am facing issue is simulation not work I follow your both tutorials but I am using same fbx for render and sim static mesh b\c I am export cloth from maya so I don't understand how I export sim and render mesh seperate from maya.. kindly help me out
The best workflow recommended by Unreal Engine, is to get your clothes from marvelous designer, I don't know much about Maya, iv never tried exporting from Maya before
At the moment, everything is not 100%, but with simple animation, you won't get that clipping, but this is still in the experimental state, so it won't work 100%
