I wanted to create a channel in order to help to increase my confidence, whilst also showing others that it is okay to be unique and different, and there's no shame in being yourself.
This channel may consist of a variety of types of videos, and I hope you like them.

Why should people not go on twitter just because vile people can't keep their ug*y mouths shut? Twitter is full of bratty little kids who don't work snd abuse others because they think it is funny. Weird people - Matthew about autistic people

Thanks for raising awareness and in general sharing your mental health journey with the world. I suffer with PTSD, anxiety and depression and seriously appreciate the fact that putting yourself out there so publicly isn't easy so keep it up! Also if you want to be RU-vid friends let me know, I admire fellow advocates and would love to build a community of like minded people!

Believe me i know what it feels it's been a really bad year to me, crying everyday and feeling so bad but i try to remember there is always hope bc i wonder how on earth ended up like this? Amd sometimea need a good pal to talk about my issues and It helps thats true. Is not healthy to keep all those feelings. So, i agree better speak up. And you're not alone. You're loved. Xx there's always hope.

At first my dads reaction to me being bi hurt, but now he is more accepting of it. Telling my mum was easier, my dad harder. Even with depression, dads reaction was “what you got to be depressed about?” and I think it was more of a shock to him that I kept it hidden from him. I am proud of you every single day Matthew, proud to call you one of my friends, a great Bluenose with a massive heart. Hold your head high, and just be awesome, because you truly are awesome. I'm speechless bc it's all true and based on what i've lived at school and later on at college was a hell. Bullying was the worst experience of my life and why? Bc i was different and didn't fit in there. The only thing left was being my own hero and just being yourself despite the hatred coming from bullies and believe me I was lone here surrounded by fake friends but could find a way out of all of this, cutting toxic people out of my life. So, im glad you made this. The message is still important more than ever.😁🌈💖
