I rly cant understand plp, do you work with those tools or its just collection to advertise?? I mean tool bag 300€+/- no dust, no scratches... just to show??? I have knipex and I have old pliers about 3€ but I use more cheap pliers than knipex coz knipex cost 32€, but pliers with price 3€ still work and do great job and will do after I die (maybe without you know plastic covers) but functional will works
Thanks for the comment! The noise can also be from the transformer or internal components, not always an actual fan. Some chargers sound like that even without cooling fans, especially high power or fast chargers.
Phenomenal video I’d love to see ya do a video on replacing the chip in the battery (can get overloaded in high draw tools some call it a “BMS”but Milwaukees 8.0 high output battery’s I think the model is 48-89-1800 but great video man much appreciated
Wera make plenty of drivers with hex bits, not only that, but HIOS and Halfmoon bits aren't actually proprietary, you can get them from other companies and there are other drivers that take them.
Since I bought them, Knipex Twin Grips are getting more of a workout than I expected. They are at least as good as advertised. Bailed me out several times.
As long as you have enough torque and speed to turn the alternator, you could charge the battery. You won't be able to turn a car engine with this though. I don't think it would be strong enough.
It's not for the sensor, it's for the leds in the face of the tool. Makes me wonder if you even know what you're when tool analyzing. Gave it a thumbs down.
Imagine investing $3000 in DIY tool set and not even having any DIY projects to use them on (because those tools have not seen a minute of work). Seriously man, not trying to hate here but for that kind of money you could get miter saw, table saw and a large power tool combo kit from top brand and still have enough money left over to fill this bag with very decent stuff at a lower price point. Now, if you were putting bread on your table with those tools, that's a different story. But for a DIYer this setup is literally a waste of money.
@@LilasTools at which point I did not let someone do what they want? I merely stated my opinion, just as other people did here and you managed to get offended by it.
It all depends on your budget yes i get it its a DIY set up but if he has the money to spend then his setup will be expensive compared to the average guy. I have a small shop and my tools are close to those that have a professional shop but i also make a decent living
I feel you man, but things have changed. Most people like you and I make our investment back by doing work but some folks make money from his RU-vid content. A lot of these tools, reviewers barely use the tools but it makes good content.
Just curious, do you store most of your tools in the garage or inside the house? I'm always concerned about humidity, bugs, etc. when left in the garage.
I keep a couple of small bags of desiccant in the bag to absorb any moisture. as I live in a humid area. Haven't had any issues keeping them in the workshop
No tool has been used and so many tool brands that the names are not pronounced correctly. No knowledge, just a waste of time. Only seem to be pushing for kickbacks from potential sales. Hands are also not a working mans hands.
Every tool is brand new and not a single mark or blemish to be seen. This guys hands and finger nails are also as clean as a whistle. Not one scar on his hands either. I'm calling BS on you being a tradesman of any kind.
You are right, all these tools are brand new. I never claim to be a tradesman. But I do plenty of DIY work, especially with electronics on this channel. Thanks for your comment 🙂
@@ToolsnTeardowns ahh ok I get it. Look it's ok to be a RU-vidr who just unboxes and plays with tools, others do it, but I reckon when you start making vids about packout bags, when you're not really packing out to worksites each day, is a bit disingenuous. But hey nobody died and you got some fine ass swag in your bag. I just think you're less likely to get snarky comments if you seem less like your trying to be a tradie.
