Hi from an Italian in London! Very tempted to try this recipe but, being Italian, I'd probably use flat leaf parsley instead of dill, and perhaps skip the carrot :) I have already bought a 20 cm springform oven mold like yours :)
Salve le sue ricette sono molto belle ma i video troppo lunghi penso si possa capire quando gratti le verdure non c'è bisogno che le fai in tempo reale uno si stanca e non le guarda più e non si inscrive certe cose sono intuitive mi dispiace ma io non ho tempo di aspettare che gratti ina patata una zucchina ecc buona giornata
נראה טעים אבל למה לפרוס או לחתוך כל ירק מהתחלה ועד הסוף כשברור שאפשר לקצר ע"י כך שתראו את ההתחלה ואת סיום הטיפול באותו ירק, זה מובן מאליו וחבל על זמן הצפייה. אנו נשים מבוגרות ולא צריכות לראות את כל התהליך וזה מובן שלא צריכים לראות כל תהליך וכל ירק מעובד עד סופו.😮
