Manila Arlington Cemetery here in the Philippines is the biggest outside of the United States. We are grateful to the American soldiers for helping us in our battles.
Thank you for remembering and posting this video. My Grandma’s Brother is buried here. One day I hope to be able to go to the cemetery. She was never able to.

During NYE celebrations here in the Philippines, you will observe that there are no dogs in the street. Even in homes, dogs are scared to death when the firecrackers starts to explode. They hide in areas where the feel safe inside rooms . But you can observe the dogs tails are wrapped under their ashes while shivering in fear. They keep on shaking for as long as there are still explosions and they keep silent all the time . This traumatizes most of the dogs who experiences this kind of event.
Thanks for capturing and sharing this Terry, for sure many foriegners will arrive and want to see this kind of PH celebration for 2025. Happy New Year🎆 Btw, I just suscribed to this channel.
@@incaseofsuccess we are celebrating new year in the Philippines this year and would like to experience this and looking for the best place to view this and obvious you've got the best area. Would you kindly let me know where did you stay to be able to capture all this ? Thank you so much, would be a great help
@@lj7804 This was captured at Jazz in Makati. But, truthfully, any hotel or apartment complex with a skyline view of Manila (say, 20th flr and above) and a balcony will work just fine.
What do you get when have unregulated and unsupervised firework use? A piece of ART! This is what we call a "chaotic order". Thousands of people who don't know each other and producing a breathtaking firework display that spans across the city skylines and the entire country. I hope the Department of Tourism would promote this celebration as one of the reasons to visit the country on New Years.
Around the WORLD only in the PHILIPPINES CELEBRATES FIREWORKS almost an hour not only in one place but all over the PHILIPPINES❤❤❤happy new year to all🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
We believe fireworks and noises shuu away bad/evil elements. We honk cars, revs our bikes, put coins in cans and shake em etc.. That’s how we welcome the New Year.
It's even crazier once you went to the street. Motorcycle engine noices, firecrackers, homemade cannons (this is illegal btw), horns (hand held, air horn, vehicle horns), pots and cauldron banging, cars dragging steel tubs etc. It's super loud. Still not as crazy as back in the day when firecracker regulation is still loose
in other countries only fire works display on NYE but in the Philippines you will see Fireworks Display + Fire Crackers on the ground or on the street, it is so dangerous to walk on NYE because you might be one of a firecrackers casualty.
