Id like to sneak in an uppercut from the right hand off their hook but for some reason im having trouble shifting my body to adjust to that. Saw someone do it and they did it real pretty lol
Evander holyfield was a beast in the ring, the real deal..the knockout king of the 80s and 90s...very underrated..had devastating power from any hand, had stamina, speed, reflexes, durability, genius ring IQ, best combinations and furies, most conditioned boxer ever..and the greatest cruiserweight and heavyweight champion in boxing history...and an inside, outside and pressure fighter.
Ali taught him that he said on new Zealand tv in 1979 Holmes was a pupil of mine if he can move and dance he will beat most heavyweights out there looks like he was right larry had a 7 year reign. 👊👊👊👊👊👊😍
I mean if youre gonna take advice from someone on YT I guess a 2X world champion is probably not the worst person you could listen to lol. Thanks Champ! 🙏🥊
@@poisonousorchid. did you see my videos on Kung Fu and Karate. We show a rising block variation in the Philly Shell. We also talk about the back fist and how we use a similar method for jabbing
2nd option to cover straight punch where guard is not holding on and then fighter can step side or backward or circle or shuffle steps and be safe to step in again
This would be good option where the opponent straight punches is hard and your 🥊 gloves on guard stuck over your eyebrows cannot hold on that power and off guard, so this cover can be 2nd option after the guard is off
My boxing coach only teach me overhand with fist twist and long punch, which also famous way of overhand but I would like to hit overhand in this way short crisp and variety of angle
I was looking for this overhand motion which come from up to down motion, not found in the internet or anywhere, it's comes from upside to downside, look great overhand
Fighter can hit opponent with straight punches to chest, just kind of feint for the purpose of putting his hands or cover down or become off guard and this will find opening of gap to hit with 2nd 3rd punch
I like shadow a lot more than pads and heavy bag, it's hitting in free air with full 💯 power and speed, and shadow box is most important thing in fighting
The fighter can punch overhand in 2 ways, 1.short where the fist not really need to turn it's similar to hook but coming in overhand motion, 2.long where the fist really need to turn and hit with two knuckles, the difference between two kind is basically the hand doesn't need to drop a much for short overhand and hand does need to drop a much for long overhand
I saw a video of your fight for the first time, it was against Larry Holmes and I wonder why no one talks about you, you’re an amazing boxer! I’m a fan now. Anyways, I was wondering whether or not you could make a video on the 52 block system or Jailhouse Rock (prison martial arts) since your style reminded me a lot about the prison martial arts, thanks, you’re the GOAT.
Props to the kid in green t shirt and orange white cap. He was the only one doing a proper roll, by bending his knees and moving hips follow by head movement
