For the blaze spawner you can downgrade your world into version where woth silk touch you can mine spawners and you can go after that in the version where by pressing B you get creatove mode in hardcore

You can put a tinted glass+glow lichen on it instead of spawner

Here's a little tips you should add other biome like the warp one or the red one and you sould add zombiefied piglin, zombiefied hoglin and wither squeleton in the forteress in your nether. Really cool build I would love to see it come more to life.
