I'm Black. Instead of a baseball cap, you need take a shower at night and wear a durag at night before you go to bed. Thatll make it lay for the next day. Black dudes dont wear durags just for a fashion statement. 🤔

Us mexicans/ native Americans have the same porcupine hair. I use African American leave in conditioner and it after a couple hours makes my hair more manageable.
