Thanks for this! Been watching your videos as research before getting my hair cut. Got it cut this past week, and it didn't turn out too bad. Not quite two block, but at least they didn't botch my hair lol. I think my sides could use a higher shave and the long hairs thinned. I'll probably let it grow a bit more so I have a bit to work with before cleaning it up. Thanks again for the tutorial, it's very helpful!

Hey man, I’m a teenage asian growing out my hair from a buzz cut. However, the back of my hair starts curling up after around 4 weeks even though I taper it. If I want a two block, should I just grow out the back so it can stick down forever and just shave the sides? Thanks

Yup I trim the top back hair but not cut it too much. For this hairstyle, you want to have enough hair volume on top back hair to create that "mushroom" look.
