We need more social media videos explaining the rationale behind the workouts in the app based on goals and experience level. It would help to know the philosophy behind the structure.

How do you know how long the training will be if you dont have the tempo prescription option? And do you guys have the option to add note to a mouvement?

Is this private labeled for commercial trainers? What is to prevent virtual personal training clients from ditching their trainer and just using Volt for individuals? Can the Volt logo be replaced with that of the business?

If I had on and off strength training experience (2-4 months off in between periods of training) since 2018 with mainly progresive overload programs like Starting Strength, 5/3/1 and subsequently Volt Strenght & Size, should I be a level 1 or 2? Overall my form and strength has improved since using Volt, but my unforeseen pauses due to work and location have set me back every time, thus making me question my true Volt training level, as on Level 1 exercises I feel tired but bored at the same time due the a lack of barbell or more complex exercises.

High school athlete I know. Keep going to the trainers and soreness extra spending all the money to the doctors and specialist my brother figures it out in a magazine that some test compare your hamstrings to your quad strength. Ratio was below average if that. Schools need to invest in trainers

I'm speaking only for junior High in high school football. It's ridiculous to lift the day after a game. I hear coaches explanation is just as soreness out. No stretching and resting and nutrition gets soreness out.

I'm loving these features. I used the equipment selector for mine. I have some dumbells, a barbell, some plates, a resistance band, and pull up bar. This tool has created workouts that work with the equipment I have.

Hello ! I do use this feature all the time. I love Volt and use it weekly. Tips on how it could be improved on my experience. Allow to add 0.5 KG. In European cable machines sometimes it jumps from 10kg to 12.5kg to 15kg. I always have to write 13 or 12kg because I’m not able to use 0.5 increments. Time estimated for completion of workout. It would be great to have a rough estimate on how long it takes to complete future workouts to be able to schedule them in my diary . Sometimes they can be really long and I don’t have the time to finish and I leave the gym annoyed because I couldn’t finish it because I only had one hour. Had I known it would take longer I could have done it at another time or allocated more time for it. Maybe this could be done based on previous workout data of how long it took me to perform similar excercises in the past? It would also be good to have a visual representation of the muscles worked on each exercise, to be able to visually see what muscles should be feeling ‘the burn’ Question: why are resting periods so long? Do you have to listen to them or can you cut them short and what is the science behind it, specifically when you are alternating movements, don’t my legs have enough of a rest whilst I’m performing my arm movements for example?
