Highly caffeinated artist, writer, gamer, mental health educator and advocate. Enthusiastic builder enjoying the creativity available within video games. I've used the building systems of most modern games including Minecraft, Second Life, Satisfactory, Fallout 4, No Man's Sky, Valheim, Skyrim (it's a kind of building), Warframe, Elder Scrolls Online, and Starfield. Please check out my website www.PerfectlyHumble.com for information and inspiration from my most recent creative ventures in ESO and Starfield.
It's so cool that now we can do this stuff on our ships. I have just finished a nice library on my ship with all the nice books from the game. I think Cora is very happy with it. I sure am.
My biggest complaint is for items that have a base, it’s oftentimes impossible to orient them base-down. They mostly just end up lying on their sides so I gave up.
They are probably items we can loot/steal or purchase from vendors like The Emporium in Neon. Those are placed by dropping and grabbing them or moving them around with the build menu. I know there are a few mods out now, like Scully's Emporium that add vanilla assets to the build menu, like showers, vases, credits, etc.
This is an awesome way to fill those pesky closed shelving units. I'm still so sad we can't just "stack" the bookshelves as an inventory like we could in skyrim 😢 but this is a workaround for now! Tysm for sharing it.
Thanks! And I'm glad you asked - reminded me to add the info to the descriptions. Here's the breakdown: -Main living area including dining room, bar, Captian's Lounge, and engineering: Taiyo 3x2 Mess Hall Empty -Captain's Quarters: Taiyo Captain's Quarters Empty -Workshop, workout area, galley: Taiyo 1x3 Engineering Empty -Armory/Navigation: Taiyo Computer Core Empty -Cora's Room: Stroud-Eckland Captain's Quarters Empty
@@Club_of_Gamers The Taiyo Shogun Enhanced Cockpit. It comes with 2 crew seats, but I added a console desk to each so they have to work and not just enjoy the view. Link to cockpit info: inara.cz/starfield/ship-module/1418/
It looks really good, certainly better than my attempts. How do you get anything to be at the correct angle to line up? Even with rotation slowed down all the way I can't get things straight.
You may also align your screen to the desired angle (using the deco UI line as reference for example), then scroll to the decoration you wish to place. This way it will appear perfectly aligned without having to suffer through the rotation process.
Saw your post on the NoSodium subreddit and came here to see the video. This is GORGEOUS. That jerk on the Fortuna wishes he had it so good. Everything is so tasteful and well-coordinated, and never over-cluttered. I may or may not steal some of these ideas (it would never have occurred to me to use the bed in the captain's quarters hab for shelving/storage!) but will definitely be taking inspiration from this!
Haha thanks for the kind compliment and for taking the time to check out the video. I’m delighted to hear this build sparked some ideas. Getting creative with storage on my ships is definitely influenced by RL struggles 😅
For me, one of the most impactful builds I have ever visited in ESO. Thank you for this inspired creation that instilled, concurrently, something of sad beauty and complete horror.
I wake and feel the fell of dark, not day. What hours, O what black hours we have spent This night! what sights you, heart, saw; ways you went! And more must, in yet longer light’s delay.
Wow! I love the fact that the pictures "live" on the walls. This house and the music make me think about life. I like it very much. It's nice to see something from you again. Thank you for sharing it with us♡

There's some very talented peeps, for sure! I'd imagine using a controller for building in ESO is much different! I play/build with a controller in a lot of other games, but I find the keyboard much easier to use in ESO. The EHT mod is certainly helpful in lining things up and moving items in front of doors and such, otherwise I don't use mods for building. What style of builds do you like to make?
@@PerfectlyHumbleAlways rn i'm entered in a Christmas house contest in 2 guilds but i really just love classy builds. Like the dream home type lol. At least MY dream home😆
excellent! Hardcore housing enthusiast here but I never dare to use EHT cause it has created all sort of accidental chaos whenever I tried.... thanks to you I might end up mastering it!
@@PerfectlyHumbleAlways many thanks and cool you just answered, I meant to rewatch this as I need to copypaste stuff I've built which is not geometrical shapes. Yeah I've managed to do a thing or two since last month. I've even bought Mournoth just to tinker around with EHT outdoors then copypaste somewhere else. Now I must also learn to not start a new project while leaving one at 80% completion lol. My biggest gripe is shortage of slots... I've started a huge thing in Artaeum and I have to dismantle parts to try and finish it... have been stuck at 700/700 yet 80% completed for months! Happy 2024! ^^
Would love you to come visit sometime! PC EU (I also play but don't decorate... yet... on PC NA) I could craft you some stylish gear if you need a brand new char haha Apart from a few faction-realistic homes, the finished one I'm proudest of is my original build in Bouldertree & also my absolutely-not-argonian Ample Domicile. Huge works in progress in a dozen big places, from Grand Psijic to Hunding's... will I ever finish? ugh :p
@@PerfectlyHumbleAlways Man you'r a life saver! I had invented an Ayleid artefact I assembled god knows how, and thanks to YOU I was able to replicate it in seconds!!!! Thanks much. By the way if you care to visit, for the first time I've finished a house - thanks to a contest, Gold Road Visions by The Real Endgame. @Kenobewan on PC EU, currently main home. :D
In the first house shown, what are those multicolored lasers made out of? I've never seen anything like them. I mean in the disco dance room, not the sky shards in the main space. Anyone know? thanks
Little late, but these are amazing! I like how each tells a story. Cosmic Horror reminded me of Meow Wolf - the Denver location, but with parts of Santa Fe location. Have not been to any others.
It's a shame that I came across this video until today! Such an amazing and beautiful design! Glad that we are playing on PCNA and I have the privilege to visit your houses! Will do so after work!
Hello Leah! I was a judge for this year's contest. The top 5 for OMH3 are Totes1, V.irt, Futerko, Katchlight, and Arrehova. I won 3rd last year - here's a video of OMH2's top 5: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-R1ySQ2A95N4.html
