The flowers vary - many are available from the Home Goods vendor in Alinor and Craglorn. The glowing flowers are Hawkmoth Cabbage: eso.mmo-fashion.com/flower-patch-hawkmoth-cabbage/ The round item behind the bull is the bottom of the Vvardenfell Scale Model: eso.mmo-fashion.com/vvardenfell-scale-model/ It's a special furnishing, so you can use it once in any property you own.
