I assume by service charge you may be making reference to 'maintaince or House association fee'. If so that is dependent on a few factors....how many units are in the complex, what kind of amenities are offered and the frequency of the need for maintenance. I have seen between $5000 to $25000 monthly
There is a schedule that they follow. I am not familiar with how regular it is. However at the time of doing my video it seemed to have been well maintained
I don't understand the market in jamaica, it takes too long to do the most basic things, forget about getting good trade men. The other question is, who are buying these homes?
@@MrNanah38 truth be told...no one truly understands it, it defies most of the world's views. In my view, things taking long is due to a lack of proper structure and management but i also think that is a result of poor governance (coming from as far as the goverment level). It has been my experience that the sales are a good mix of locals and foriegners
