I have been watching these Gore Homes since 2016 and I think they should still be worth no more than 7 mil. In 2016 it was about 6.7 mil to get one of these. Nothing much have changed except the rate to acquire one and a few bathroom fixtures. They are still considered starter homes. So u get the very basclic ones just to acquire the land then add the magic by adding on to make it your home.

Is there a HOA Cost for these house. I would like to know because I am in the process to acquire one in phase 4, village 2

Yes There is a HOA. Speak with the team at Gore, they should be able to give some idea of the estimate of what it will be

Question sir . Can I go ahead with a land purchase,with the seller only providing just the tax receipt paid on the land and not an actual title Thanks in advance for your assistance and response

Hi Stephen...i would caution against that...it is best to get a copy of the title or at least thw volume and folio numbers. You can use that information at the National Land Agency to confirm ownership of th property. I would also suggest that you work with an attorney

Are the windows mesh since they aren’t grilled? Yes I know it’s a gated community etc but just wanna know if the windows mesh , can’t see it properly if it is.

‘Snug’ is one word, it’s always best to acquire properties in phase 1 or as early as possible. Clearly if you don’t, you get less value for money, I mean 2,500sqft of land 🤷🏽‍♀️? Mean dem mean
