Nice job place, but people who are moving to Toronto watching this must remember that this is considered low rent for this size, and there is no rent control for condos. Your place could be $2400 and then 1 year later $3400

100 percent true but forgot 2nd highest taxes in Canada, no place to live, expensive living costs , and you make 2/3rds of what you would make anywhere else. The old friendly Nova Scotia is gone.
