That Blood Heir drama lasted for a solid month on Twitter and I still cannot even... The dumbest stuff came from that drama but I am so glad she retracted her apology and put out a statement standing up for herself and her book, and then it got published! And she is still writing books. I just don't read/not interested in YA anymore, so I have not read her recent novels.

They did actually make Red Dragon into a film before Silence of the Lambs, but it was called Manhunter and it's very 80s and great, I have never got round to the books but I have a copy of Lambs. The Haunting of Hill House is so good, I was too scared to get out of bed after I read it (i am a wimp).
Depends on a few things but it'll take longer depending on your health before starvation begins, what you weigh, and how much caloric intake you are getting/being forced to take. One month isn't an end all, be all for starvation. 4-5 days without water is solid though. You are worse off not drinking water than not eating. You can go quite a long time without food, but it will absolutely suck, no doubt.

Some people are looking for anything to set them off so they can fight. I do feel like some people love confrontation, so whatever they are into, they will use that as their fuel to start an argument. I review the way I want to review and if people don’t like that, then there’s the door 👉🏻🚪. You can see yourself out of my comment section or Goodreads review at ANY time 😂. I don’t get a lot of criticism for the way I review, but when I do it’s funny to see 🤭

Great video Nicole! I really enjoyed hearing your thoughts. I don’t review most books on Goodreads other than just using the stars for tracking purposes. If it’s an indie author I do, because that makes a much bigger difference IMO. Reviews can make or break their book.
I love this, I actually never thought to consider maybe just reviewing my 5 star reads instead of every single book. I read a lot and sometimes I don’t even know what to say, lol. But if it’s a 5 star, I have so much to say lol.
I have to be really excited to review a book or else I just don't care, so 4 and 5 star reviews it is. But I go over all books I read in my monthly wrap ups, just not in depth.
And to add, I'm very active on GR, so people can see I don't *only* give out 4 and 5 star reads but they just have to do a little extra work finding me 🤣
Live this video. You're right - who cares if some people have opinions and feel the need to express them? Just ignore them and keep doing what we're doing, they're probably not the people we want as followers anyway!
