I don't know what is with Cynthia that alwsys gets to me. Its not she was Dizzy Gillespie on the horns. But she just emitted soul through ever pore. And her voice was so joyous and musical. Damn, I guess I was a fanboy that not just loved her roll in the band. I probably had a thing for her. She was so full of life. RIP soul sister.
I just found out about this band a few months ago. I bought the 50 anniversary Lp and I loved it. A great friend just sent me a link to this video. Awesome stuff!
