The moment I heard this music was when all sense ceased. Everytime I was on an eclipsed planet, I would suddenly fall silent. My friend always comments on it. Dogs aren't an issue. While I have learned during my journey of LC, during the eclipse, I am extra careful. I sneak around them expertly. I use railings to my advantage. Baboon hawks are usually an issue, but during an eclipse, I somehow always remain on point. I either scare them off, or fight them correctly, or avoid them on accident. Giants can't see me when I focus on stealth, because I use trees and buildings. Old Birds are the same. I haven't died to one on an eclipsed moon. *Artiface, the most dangerous planet. One time, it was eclipsed. I, alone, remained. After collecting the whole quota, killing any masked that ever stepped outside. I never failed on an eclipsed moon. If I ever did, it was because there wasn't enough time, or I simply decided enough was enough.* Interesting how your mind reacts to a dangerous situation, huh?
This song is in my nightmares since I was trying to load the truck with a friend for an hour with this music because we didn't know how to turn on the magnet
I remember one game I was running out of the building after a large creature killed one of my partners. As I was in the entrance, I heard this music. I turned around to be greeted with a butler slowly walking to me as he pulled out his knife. I quickly turned back and ran out. Lethal Company has moments that are something straight out of horror movies. And I think that is mostly from it's amazing OST.
The reason it plays this is not only because of the truck but I like to think that the truck is so heavy that the delivery systems song glitches out lol
It's actually due to the music playing while the rocket is moving. Notice how when items arrive the music doesnt start until it lands and stops when it leaves. Lethal Company has pitch tied to movement, so when the ship is moving and the musics playing the pitch bugs out.
Still to this day, this game has the scariest moment from anything I've ever played and even thinking about it just makes me remember how much this music scared me. So, me and my friends all dropped to I think it was rend, not knowing it was eclipsed (we didnt pay attention and just dropped), (We had the mod for more players so it was 8 of us) and we all heard this and freaked out. I ran to the building making it with a couple other people. But when I got full loot and went back out, and tried to communicate on the walkie only to get no response. Then I had to make my way, crouching through the snow, following the dim lights with the sounds of unknown creatures in the distance, and now the only think to accompany me during it all was this music. Genuinely don't think I've ever been so scared to move foward in a game until this.
For me, this is a sound that if I’ve heard it once, I cannot unhear it anymore. But luckily me and my friends don’t get wiped out so often, so I don’t hear it so often.
i remember my friend was like "what the hell is embrion?" because he found it on accident so we paid to go there, saw all of the old birds, heard this, and immediately froze in fear
*I hear my friends on my walkie talkie while im in the ship* "OH SHIT ITS WINDING UP RUN FUCKING RUN" "WHAT DO YOU MEAN WE'RE TOO FAR FROM EXITS!?" *loud footsteps* "RUUUUN!!!" 10 seconds later, i see that my friends arent moving on the radar... and i hear heavy breathing...
