House looks good. Prices is also OK if it is located in a good location. When it comes to Mokila, people have issues to buy at that rate. If the main road is made as a 8 lane road and the inner roads as 4 lane roads, these properties would be sold like hot cakes. Currently, there is nothing in mokila that attracts the customers. People will lose 10 to 15 years for this area to get into a developed layout.
THey are saying real estate is going down. Yet prices have reached almost 4cr that to in village areas. What is going on? Do you guys want to make deals or waste time with unrealistic misinformation?
It's(mokila) over hyped. That too in this buyers market. I guess interior would even cost around 40-50 lakhs. So the total cost without tax is ~4 crs. Just ignore this property guys.

It’s overpriced and I noticed that almost most of builders are actually looting people money with fake high prices that’s why Hyderabad real estate is ruined and now about to burst with more inventory and no more affordability. It’s loss for everyone including people and builders. If the builders still playing with their fake market prices.
The fact of the matter is every builder are making fools of the st citizens in the name of Villa.The important factor in every Sr Citizens life if they are more comfortable sitting in the Garden space in Solititude sipping a coffee with family members whereas these builders never leave space area for that.The seniors are comfortable with limited rooms for living and more area for outside living.
