Extremely inflated andi. I agree that prices may be like that, but this is made up inflation by the earlier Govt. HYD is still a growing city, unlike MUM which is the country's financial capital where high land prices are genuine. Such prices in and around HYD are unjustified. This is only to pay huge commissions to the marketing people and distribute undisclosed money to various partners involved. And sad part is that the genuine common man is paying income tax and declaring everything in white. 3CR is not really a reasonable evaluation and that too without a bank loan. Ideally on NALA converted lands bank loans will be available because it is no longer an agricultural land. But on a positive note, designing and landscaping are well done.
