The way things are going, it doesn’t matter what color the damned thing is, people carry firearms, someone will get shot,so not only will someone die, but the person that shoots will have to live with shooting someone for the rest of their life. This is not a game; this is deadly!
Shame on the LDS church supporting the genocide shame on its members...how they talk about Jesus they and all those churches and at the same time are ok with the killing of thousands of innocent human beings what a deceiving people.I know about them because I spent years of my life as a member and I do remember in a mission when they told as not to teach the poor and the black and I was always scolded because they said I was not obedient to the rules; I was not completely convinced because I as I told them I had my own brain and didn't want just to fallow their rules like everybody else that is the reason I left them so many years ago. They just love money.
Better teach your kids how very dangerous this game could be. That they could get shot dead playing this way if the gun looks realistic and they're dressed like a criminal.
The judicial system is responsible for this death. Here is a small piece of his extensive criminal past: "Court documents filed in his home town of Redding, Calif., (in Shasta County) indicate Jayne has a history of violations. In August of 2001, he was charged with obstruction and resisting an executive officer. In October of 2009 in Klumath County, Ore., Jayne was convicted of assault and felony possession of body armor. He attempted to run law enforcement officers over with a vehicle. He was wearing bullet-proof vest at the time, and that attracted the officers’ attention."
Choosing freely to use an eighteen-wheeler as a weapon does appear at first blush to be very effectual. I foresee officers becoming more timid, looking in their rearview mirror for bad guys.
People should read about the recent deadly shooting of an Uber driver by a frightened old man. It's tragic but shows what can happen in these times of gun violence in this country. So very sad.
Hard to speculate without actually seeing the basement but I think plugging the drain and running the garden hose into it for a week would have gone a long way towards making it safe to handle. "Sweating" dynamite would have its sweat washed away. The solution to pollution is dilution.

"Battery" ok, I get battery, but "sexual battery," that's a leap. I don't agree with putting your hands on another person, but I don't think the attempt to cover the girls bum was sexual in nature.
