I've made a lot of eco-friendly product review videos in the past. So if you need any sustainable swap recommendations, check out those videos!
thank you SO MUCH for doing such a thorough and in-depth review !! you covered so much but condensed it so well--i especially love the ranking system you gave, it covered all my concerns, and im excited to go forth armed with this information !!
A friend of mine has the same issue with the Jungle conditioner not coming off of the bar, but she stockpiled them, so she isn't switching anytime soon lol She uses a cheese grater for the conditioner and adds hot water to the shavings until she gets the consistency she wants, then spreads it between her palms and uses it. She swears by that method (she has Asian-fine hair).
Nobody wants to use a paper towel then have to wash it and hang it up. How strange imagine a friend coming over and you point to that when they are looking for a napkin. Nah
Thank you for making this video! It's always comforting for me to hear similar stories as mine. I came out right after graduating college because I had a really hard time admitting to myself that I am queer. Looking back, the signs were always there- I just wasn't ready to face the music. Fast forward I LOVE being queer too <3 I'll never forget about how exciting it was to learn something new about myself. Happy Pride!!
Did you ever check to see if the "sheet" completely dissolved in you washer compartment? I've read nightmare comments about these things not breaking down and clogging up washing machines, probably in washers that don't have that pull out drawer and sheet is just tossed in the barrel with the laundry? I was gonna try them till I heard this.
I have found NONE that cleans my oily scalp, any suggestion, please? I tried different methods to use them, everytime they need a rewash with a regular liquid shampoo. Actually a Clothes Wash Bar worked, also got rid of my conditioner-caused itchiness, but even if I could find it where I live, I'm scared to use it permanently.
Sorry, but the all important info was revealed in the very last minute of the video in that”it doesn’t get stains out”. Why even wash your clothes then??? FAIL!
I really enjoy your eco-friendly product reviews. I find them informative, genuine, down to earth, light hearted while all coming from an approachable point of view. Thank you for doing these reviews and I hope you integrate more of them in your content. Your reviews are a very helpful and valuable resource to my household. Have a beautiful day. 😊✨
Welcome to being queer in your 30s and figuring out what being queer means to you and looks to you. Unfortunately even in the queer community we are fed some expectations of what it looks like to be queer and be part of a queer community. So remember to figure out what feels right for you. ♥️
More chats like this please! I agree that the decision of having kids should be talked about more. I was married at 24 and was on the fence about having kids until I was 29, but didn’t have my first until I was 34. As much as I love being her mom, I would be just as happy being childfree by choice. Choosing to not have children whether or not you’re in a relationship should be normalized.
Sorry for my late reply!! But I'm so glad you liked this!! Yes, it's definitely a topic that doesn't get talked about enough! Thanks for sharing your experience. I see contentment either way!! :)
I'm an AroAce so relationships aren't as big of a deal to me, but I'm also a romantic so it does get to me sometimes. But I'm very happy by myself, I'm glad I've managed that. I'm looking forward to my thirties (1 year to go!) I think they're gonna be a banger.
I definitely enjoyed hearing your perspective and experience from the past few years. I'm glad you're feeling a lot less lonely recently! I can definitely relate to not knowing whether I want to become a mom, even at 32.
We got a Tushy a month ago. Installed it and fell in love with it! I had to order an adapter because I have a skirted toilet so I needed to attach it to the intake as opposed to the tank. We cut way down on the TP.
Thank you for a helpful review! I just brought some and am awaiting arrival to see how I am with it as Spray deodorants don't work well with my skin! I'll keep you guys updated to see how well it goes for me! 😊
Day owl backpacks are awesome! got the biggest one and I sewed patches onto it to make it fit my style. I can easily seam rip the patches off and put another on on if I want and the company will repair it for you if it breaks. It works great for literally every scenario, fits a ton of stuff, and isn't bulky. It's easily my most used birthday present.
Right now I am giving Molly's Suds a try. I got the activewear formula and am trying it out to see if it gets stains off pillow cases. I hear a lot of good things about it so now to see if those people are full of sh!t.
@@StrollingThroughLife yes but Polyvinyl alcohol is a polymer, which means plastic, going into the water. at least that is what I've read. thanks for responding.
I’ve been using this deodorant for half a year now and I think it’s pretty ok. Not ideal but I’m sticking with it for now. It doesn’t apply well on hairy armpits and does leave white marks on clothing. Luckily I’m not a very stinky person. I don’t sweat excessively and it’s works well enough to keep me not BO smelling for 2-3 days if I’m not doing sports and just going through my every day life. But the smells are great! I love the fresh cotton and sea salt one. The amber one was a bit too strong for my sensory sensitive self. So yea not ideal but compared to the zero waste block or cream deodorants from the local zero waste shop I’ve tried it’s a big improvement. (Edit I use the normal formula and have no issues with it unless shaving before hand but I don’t shave usually so it works for me)
