Sorry dude I no longer have it but simple ways to check if there is water inside is to drop the oil and see if its creamy or brown. That takes carefully the bottom of the engine. Secondly take the spark plugs out and turn it over and check if there's any water come out the cylinder. You shouldn't really take the engine to pieces to see if there is any water in it, carbs aren't an easy thing to rebuild so be very careful as they can be very hard to get right on the tuning. Just leave them alone if they work. Hope this helps

@ThatguyisaPrince thanks for the reply man, I appreciate it.but this is a real do'er upper, it has no chain, farings are half snapped, one grip on the bars, wireloom shot to pieces, no chance of turning it over haha.i was only going to take the cover off the engine and have a look, I've been to a few websites for parts, but being honest they don't really look like legit sites.if I could bug you a last time and ask if you no of any that you'd recommend I'd appreciate it.engine and carb do look decent tbf, in need of a Polish up if anything, just wanted to see if was worth it in the first place

Get on Facebook groups like hyosung uk riders club, hyosung owners club UK ect, a few good guys I know personally on there will sort out and source parts if you need them one guy rebuilds carbs and balances them he also breaks the bikes for parts so pretty really available bits. Don't but from hyosung websites they always scam you and you never get the bits you want or no parts turn up at all. You should be able to turn the engine over by running a current through the starter motor (wired to a battery) just to kick out any water excess from the cylinders

Earthing point if I remember correctly is on the motor around the bottom left side. also another on the chassis near the battery, if you have a battery that is draining I would check all the wiring loom as they wear out by rubbing on the chassis, the wiring loom can be taken off in a day and checked and the put back on the bike. No, the carb models don't tend to have code issues but the efi versions may bring up code problems

Well the difference is not that much for performance, you are not recirculating the exhaust gases back into the airbox, this stops warm air going back into the cylinder and allowing the cold air to come into the engine, also keeps the air filter cleaner for longer

@@sergegonfond9672 yes it's easy to do follow the instructions on the video, and if you want more power then you will have to make the hole on top of the air filter bigger cut around it from the top cutting around the filter hole into an oblong shape, also upgrade the HT leads and spark plugs, get new fuel lines that have a greater capacity and a new fuel filter too, and always change the oil and filter on the engine, you could also put a 250 oil radiator on there for better cooling, but remember to make sure you put more oil for the capacity of the bigger oil cooler, last thing if you make more power make sure you can stop the bike, always check your brakes work correctly

Hi thanks for subscribing, I think they're good bikes as long as you keep up with maintenance and it's not what u know its who you know, go onto Facebook join the hyosung owners and riders club, lots of knowledge to be shared and also lots of bikes breaking for parts, my last bike "the one in the video" was given a full restoration and ran like perfect, carbs and electrics are the worst part, but check my other videos on how to wrap and maintain the loom, if you have carb issues there are a few wizards I've met on the Facebook page who will make you a set of carbs like brand new, hope this answers your questions

Look on euro car parts website that's where I bought it from, if its a 3 door it'll be and electric window regulator, if it's 5 door it'll be predominantly a manual one

@@ThatguyisaPrince I always treat my bikes well, everything is spotless and maintained the best I can. Still got the same fairings and the tank still hasn't been resprayed... so I Just bought a new tank and full set of fairings in red and black and will fit this weekend!

Just look on a hyosung website for parts and identifying them you'll have a proper idea as to where they fit, the 650s are different to 125s

It has 1 fuse on the rear, normally you'll find the wiring on the front of the bike such as the main loom (under the tank) check all the connections and make sure the loom isn't wet at all, if that is dry then check all the connections on the front end behind the headlights, you'll need to remove the top fairing to access it, the last thing to try - is there any lights lit on the dash when you switch the ignition on?

Retirez les tuyaux de la boîte à air et enlevez la partie qui est attachée au cadre, les trous qui restent sur la boîte à air les bloquent avec une bonde ou du ruban adhésif, cela empêche simplement l'air d'entrer dans le haut de la boîte à air et ne pas réinjecter les gaz d'échappement dans la boîte à air. Le dernier tuyau qui est connecté aux collecteurs d'admission doit être joint avec les autres tuyaux d'air menant à la pompe à carburant / à la membrane. J'espère que ça aide Take off the pipes on the airbox and remove the part that is attached to the frame, the holes that are left behind on the airbox block them off with a bung or duct tape, this just keeps the air coming into the top of the airbox and not injecting exhaust gases back into the airbox. The last pipe that is connected to the inlet manifolds should be joined together with the other air pipes that lead to the fuel pump/diaphragm. I hope this helps

Thanks for the reply, yes I have torn the sponge but the door has a drain in the bottom, if you check you'll find that they all have them, some of them are bunged with a plastic piece, as most cars have this just incase of water ingress, the C clip is upside down but it doesn't affect the moving of the parts, thanks for the advice 👍

I'm a car mechanic and I know what I'm talking about. Exactly that upside down the c clip does not affect the immobility but at the next excavation it will be much harder to remove it. As for the sponge, it should not leak but it is nicer to do the job properly, although it is not visible from the outside. Thank you.

I'll be honest, if you replace the c clip and put it on the wrong way around like you said it doesnt affect it and as you also say the sponge isn't visible, and really has no massive effect on the door or window, I dont claim to be a mechanic I do DIY videos so a quick fix to be honest and if it works the job is finished. I'm sure if I was a Mechanic then the comment you've made would be valid, but seeming that I'm not professional and I've made a mistake then why not give it a try yourself and see if you can make the better video, thanks for your comments and views

Hi Paulo, yes I personally think these bikes are good but they need a good amount of maintenance to keep them running well, upgrades and knowledge is what is needed to make these bike go faster, they range from 75mph to 85mph maximum but can be upgraded to go faster

K Prince how do you Upgrade them to go faster?

@@syncto_ certain mods will allow a very small increase in power such as, airbox drilled out, bigger jets in the Carburettors, wheel bearings changed, ht leads and spark plugs, sprocket upgrades, the list is endless but you'll only really see acceleration is faster and the bike may run hotter, you may want to change to motul engine oil if all these mods are done

Yes it should do this doesn't get Extremly hot, I've done this before to another hyosung and a land rover discovery, that's also why I've put 3 sheets with silicone between them all, it's mostly to stop pressure escaping from the engine
