I prefer to have my hair cut while it is dry. It seems like it reveals all of my imperfections for the stylist right out the gate. UNFORTUNATELY i havent found a seasoned stylist that SEES where to adjust to accomodate.
Funny story for all... I went to a Paul Mitchell's school for a trim. My thoughts.. if the stylist didnt understand what i was wanting her instructor would! Logical. I thought. Murphy's Law says otherwise! My stylist...DEAF. couldn't hear one sound. Her INTERPRETER. . .. knew NOTHING about cutting hair. Not only can i NOT communicate what i want... My stylist's inability to hear me combined with the fact that ANYTHING important is always lost in translation meant i was still going to strike out! My haircut was even further away than any other time! SMH and still LMAO!!

I appreciate understanding the difference if you are cutting the ends with peaks and valleys. but Is there really a difference in layers cut with blunt ends vertically vs cutting blunt horizontal layer? Thank you very much for your videos. They are very well done.
