It's unreal to hear someone call diabetes the worst disease and then later hear that multiple family members died from diabetes???!! Diabetes can be managed quite well but I'm guessing this is more about the health care aspect because you need medicine and checkups... Now I'm not saying it's easy to have diabetes and that it has no impact on your life, but with good and accessible healthcare it's so manageable in almost all cases and that just makes me so angry... All those avoidable deaths just because you don't have access to insulin
An episode of Kitchen Nightmares. First hello! Then a critique of the restuarant, followed by a disappointing lunch/dinner. Then the tour through the fridges! "Oh! My God!!" Then a screwed up service! The time honoured Gordo ream out and ritual humiliaton. Then we go to the 'close down' of the kitchen, follwed by the 'Emo' fest. The sobbing owners kow-towing to the White Jacketed Knight Errant's criticism! The menu change! The kitchen and restaurant remodelled. (This is what the owners belittle themselves for!) And the final denouement, with Gordo riding off triumphant into the sunset. Formulated. Scripted. But it works!

Feel bad to Trevor, not excusing his actions especially with the daughter, but he is 22, untrained and constantly abused by the owner. Again, assualt is criminal and he should face ramifications for that, but if he and the other cooks are spoken to like that all day every day it's not surprising he's acting out.
He is always so kind to the servers.. The first restaurant when he starts to roll around on the chair, the look in his eyes when he gets her to laugh... so sweet😊
I'm sorry if my opinion is kinda harsh but 1. They need to be on a tv show i.e GR to fix their family relationship 🌚 2. They should have made the foods according to FIFO . Check the orders sheets; 5 tables have the same food, then make 5 items😅 they have couple of chefs with chef assistant it should be done in orderly manners. 3. The front house should remind the customers that their orders might take some time as it's a full house. If you explain well, I'm pretty sure the customers would understand the delay. 4. I ain't pro but I've worked in the FNB for a while and learned a lot of things. 5. Communication is definitely something these families and their employees should have
