Trust me...if it's death periods... that I usually have... even talking is an issue... it's like am on my death bed...i can't feel my body...i have to keep vomiting...and even after my 5-6days of bleeding....i go into another phase of pain😢
I was brought to hospital today because of intense cramps and contractions. I got my period and it was all good. Then 2 hours later out of the blue I started to feel dizzy. My system collapsed I had to lay on the floor as the heavy contractions started. It was my second time experiencing this and I felt really scared and hopeless. I was laying on the floor and couldn't move anymore, I could only shake and screams. My face was green and white and I started throwing up. The contractions were so intense that my mum called the ambulance. All the way to the ambulance the only thing I could do is pray, suffer and scream from the heavy PAIN. This lasted for about 2 hours. Afterwards I got pain killers in the hospital. When they kicked in, I slowly started to feel better. After 3 hours of heavy intense cramps I stopped moaning from suffering. They told me I got dysmenorrhea and it could be endometriosis. It is now 5 hours after this event and I'm laying in bed and I feel like my body went to war today. I feel pure exhaustion. Maybe my comments helps anyone in feeling less alone in this. We got this,

i love being a girl but at the same time i hate it😢 like i have to worst cramps in the world. and my mom keeps telling me that im being dramatic and take painkillers but those dont do crap for me. im 17 looking for a job and idk how im going to be able to work and every month have terrible cramps to the point i can’t even stand on my own two feet. being a girl sucks so much😭😭😭 im sorry you have to suffer like that. i have to same symptoms but i try to thug it out😢
Bro this was me yesterday. It was day 1 yesterday and it got pretty bad after an hoir, straight to the ER. I was screaming and crying there and i think i traumatized the doctor, he was so worried coming up like again and again asking me if i was okay. Ended up throwing and almost fainting, i was there for 4 hours before coming back home. I thought i was gonna die

My day 2 is the worse and the heaviest flow for me. I have terrible cramps too and I'm planning to go see a gyno. I tried everything. I changed my diet, I exercise, I drink all the teas, I start taking pain meds a few days before my period and nothing works. I don't want to go on the birth control but I'm thinking more and more about it
I feel like western medicine will not give us actual solutions. Western medicine says pop pain pills, take artificial hormones and confuse your body even more, surgery, or just deal with it. I think we should explore to the best of our abilities, healing through eastern medicines that look at the WHOLE body and lifestyle.
Does anyone else have like really bad stomach pains on your period? Like not just uterus and lower back cramps but like…. The whole abdomen? - feels like hard gas bubbles moving through my tummy and I can sometimes see whatever it is moving through my gut. And the nausea of course. It gives me hot flashes. Nauseous of course. The booty hole cramps and sharp pains. And the poops suck 😐😐

One of the worst things is when I try to explain to other women how it feels or they see me on the worst days and tell me shit like “ you act like you can’t do nothing on your period” “it ain’t that bad” etc. I literally death stare everyone who downplays what I experience bc I know it’s not normal. I look at my friends and am jealous that they can live their lives on their periods. Like HOW!!!! Then on the last days of my period it’s like I came out of a fucking cave as a brand new person. Like i can’t believe that we go through this stuff and it’s basically invisible to others smh.
Girl. I feel so seen. I feel pain in my joints and toes, back stomach etc. I can’t eat- literally fasting for like 2.5 days. I can’t sleep. Can’t get comfortable. My anus hurts. I feel like I could pass out at any moment and can barely walk. I NEED the pressure and a massage gun to help me through it. And crying of course. Sometimes I stare at the wall and disassociate bc I can’t do anything else. The cold sweats but also needed it to be covered up for comfort. Eating ice to keep my body temp down but it makes it worse. I thought I was the only one who could literally feel when the lining is shedding off. We all need to get our hormones and minerals checked. To rule out some things.
Check if you have endometriosis or utero fibroids. When I was still menstrual my life was basically your life, a nightmare The shaking, the rocking back in forth. I got no help for causes or treatment. I began menstruating at age 11 and by age 12 the cramps began. I lived in Italy and one time it was so bad that I passed out on the street with my sister and mother. I projectile vomited everywhere, and almost lost my bowels right there, it was humiliating and awful, and they still didn't take me to the hospital. They gave me a hot water bottle, and Camomile tea, which i projectile vomited, of course. Everyone just said " Its normal" . Finally, a chance situation for an unrelated condition, the following year, my mother asked about my menstrual pain, of course he responded "its normal" but he said "they will improve when she has kids, more kids the better) I'm 13! What am i going to do in the meantime, and what if I don't want to have kids? The doctor just "assumed" that is my destiny. Then I heard them discuss the subject of birth control, apparently that helps also. But I was too young. Now adays, they are giving it you younger girls just for the purpose of difficult periods. So basically the only solution appeared to be just that. Or to really heavy pain management like time release Demerol or norco. OTC stuff just gave me diarrhea. I am post menopausal now, and feel like i spent years trying to manage the pain without finding out the cause! Now after the fact, with better insurance and easier access to information to do my own research, it appears that in the end I may have had endometriosis, but after menopause they go away so its hard to know. A scan would have told me back then and there could have been some treatment. My symptoms were identical to yours, yes, they were like contractions. I called them my "roller coasters" the pain would start slow and works its way up stronger then when it reached the peak it was like torture and it stayed there for a minute before going back down and going away. And just when you can breath and you thinik its over, it starts all over again. I hate menopause, but don't miss that. Be your own advocate, ask to be screened for endometriosis and also for uterine fibroids. Demand it. go to different doctors. Maybe private pay if its only a one time visit. I wish i had.
I have it to and it’s the worst pain ever😭like when my period comes I call my bf and he brings snacks and stuff for me❤but I hate the deep one and the one u get in your bottom 😢

You are Wrong. According to Acts 16:31 we must believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and Thou Shalt be saved. NOT REPENT OF YOUR SINS AND THOU SHALT BE SAVED!!!!! Nothing that we do for God will be good enough. Even if we turn away from sin it's not going to get us to Heaven. The Death of Jesus Christ and trusting in what he did for us is the only way to Heaven.
