"Every time a guy approaches you" BS no one approaches you, you are frightening, and advise people to play junior high school games. You live in your own mind. You are a joke. You should seek help, get in touch with reality, and just STOP, really.

What is the point of you wearing a respirator, if you’re going to take it off not even one minute after you’re done spraying? 🙄🙄.

Typical painter…..paint the edges first!! Finishing 101!

These look great, gonna order a case for my next job. However, you should have sealed the tops and bottoms of the doors in your video.

There is no need to flip the door when setting it on the floor...just be consistent when you start...either nubs up or nubs down and they'll all end the same.

You don't seal the top & bottom??? You void the warranty. Now if the doors warp your buying new doors

The only challenge I see is that you need two people. And secondly, there is less air flow between the doors. Personally if I was shooting these doors Id stack them one at a time on the floor spray flip then place the next one and keep spraying the door on the top. That would cut the move time in half. Of course, you need to be mindful of over spray and build up on edges.

What is the total time from installation to spraying, to removal of the stacker per door?

Not bad but you will get to much overspray on your painted doors in the floor since your are inclosed.

No he won’t. Theres not overspray anywhere near the racked doors. The fallout may reach that far with a really worn tip. Overspray is overspray not fall out. And fall out would really be the only concern. It’s not even really a concern in this case because the doors aren’t even close to being dry therefore no flashing from overspray or fall out etc. this is a good system. I have seen much worse methods work without flashing. this is something I’m gonna try next time I have to do a ton of doors.

Greetings to you. I liked Trivtkm dyeing doors. . . I hope you show me the way to buy and where it does exist in France, although there was Vorjawa you give me the address or anything that shows them to buy them. Thank you.

I love these things and they produce great finishes but the doors tend a bowl little bit if they sit more than a day or two

Plastic material they made out of,brakes and cracks.Holes you drive the screw through gets wider quickly, then you have to use the washer, otherwise your screw will dive through the hole. Not enough air flow between the doors.Good idea but has to be improved and material the product is made out of has to be durable

as long as doors are the same height I think it may be OK. I could see warping issues if left too long. I personally like to leave them standing in a zig zag pattern.

That's what has had me leary. A lot of the doors I finish are solid core and the weight of them sitting horizontal while curing would be tremendous. The last set of doors were Sapele, and cost a pretty penny. Finished with clear lacquer and looked Gorgeous! I wonder about warping and bowing...

Rise Painting if you seal the tops and bottoms beforehand it would help a little I'm sure but that weight. I think I'll stick to what I know.

I always had done them the zig zag upright way too.But i helped a friend who had the super stackers and i have to say it was a hell of a lot easier and took up less room.

But what about the wet edge when you need to flip the doors? We usually have the handles sticking out so that when we flip the doors, the edges don't touch anything. Oh yea, my boss said your pinch harmonics are gay. lol.

After customers use our product they see how quickly it pays for itself. As a customer of the product myself, I would say it paid for itself after finishing my first door package with it. Thanks for the interest climaxhubbard.
