Hello and welcome to my channel here I will be uploading videos including my Photography , Videography and DIY Project Nissan Xterra stuff ! I hope you will enjoy the videos and thank you for stopping by ! New video every Friday
Hey buddy!! )) this is the ones I been using .. I have used them 3 times already on my and my friends truck and they worked perfect and I was able to program them every single time amzn.to/4da7utN
Hey they worked good! but I removed them when I switched to new tires . they just started to get in my way of airing down and up. but other then that they are good they show the air pressure well all the time and battery last pretty long
Looks Awesome bro.‼️Happy you found some nice rims that fit our very hard to find 6x4.5 bolt pattern. With all the Xterra builds these days let’s hope they start making more rims to fit.
NIce !! what color style you have now ?? if I didnt find those for that price I would have kept my the ones I had black ones. .but this ones just make truck look so much better
@@Thundy those rims are look good ! I was actually so close on buying them off my friend, as I really liked that style but then found those rims and the price was not to bad
Did you have to trim the black piece on the lower bumper? Like cut some of it off to get everything to fit or does it all go back together and just stretch around the crash bar like they say. DId it all bolt right back up like its supposed to. Any modifications needed. Thanks
Hello sir ! No we did not had to do anything to it.. that was left untouched . Now we do have to work more in the future to relocate rear bumper as now its separated from the bed and there is 2 inch gap lol
Late post but if one is planning on towing so “don’t” do the bypass? And if not, then do you recommend replacing the radiator then instead? And still tow? Your video was the easiest I’ve found Thank you so much!
Hey ! Yes if you planning to do towing you really should do the radiator replacement instead ! to help and keep trans fluid cool as possible or if you live in some hot zones . The radiators are not that expensive and to replace them is not that hard ether just takes few hours and common tools. I have a video on rad replacements as well ;)
Great stuff, working on my X now, your videos have been very helpful. What phone holder are you using in this video. It looks pretty secure during offroading
hey !! awesome what X you have ? year and how many miles ? And I am so happy and glad that my videos might be some help! )) as for the phone holder Im really happy with this version that I m using now there... all other ones before broke.. this was actually a motorcycle phone holder full aluminium . I have a video with a link on it here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nDNTNGsDERI.htmlsi=UiNzAl41X5tBZIdS
2008 4wd automatic. Needs a little more work but very happy with it and having fun working on it. Im in NY too, so I have a lot of the stuck bolts and rusty parts like you. Videos have been very helpful
I have seen this clip in a movie, but the music adds a surreal tone to it. What came to mind is "We must study war no more. But we must never, ever forget the cost."
What a trip! So good to know that everyone supports each other and did not let your friends get stranded with broken trucks! Keep up the great work and enjoy your trucks!
Wow what a trip lol. That's the first time ive ever seen you or your face in a video for some reason when i hear a Russian or ukranian accent i expect to see some Goliath of a man when i see them. Your skinny 😂😂😂😂
It sure was a trip to remember... LOL 🤣🤣 well I had in my frist videos my silly face but since then I changed to POV style of shooting so there was no need to show myself.. but since this time alot of people were recording so I borrowed a video from a friend )) and being skinny helped alot to connect that stupid nissan connector there lol
@@DIY_AUTO_PHOTO yea I'm the same way I'm 6"2 I used to be around 155lbs but I'm around 190 now being skinny definitely helps in difficult spots like that lol. I love your channel though my friend it's always a pleasure to see new content it's helped me out on a few occasions!!!
@@thedude828-ed2nn its my pleasure man !! I am absolutely glad and happy to hear that my videos do help ! even though they can be silly at times but I try to keep them light lol 😅
What wheels are you running on your X? They look great! Also it looks like you had a great crew what an adventure and $80 for m226 ??!?! I gotta keep my eye out for a deal like that!
best deal ever on that m226 WITH the locker ! lol 😅 as for the wheels I will have video on it soon but they are by "brinks wheels" I liked them alot and they are not that expensive
Thank you so much ! I will try to do my best ! ) I think they are both great to be honest.. but I think this had better box build.. there was no opening like the other one has a cutout for the horn. However they do have a version where you can relocate the horn and it eliminates the cutout
Thank you ! well I tried to film all most important parts.. the rest is pretty much straight forward .. unbolt.. lift.. place.. bolt everything back up )) but always feel free to ask any questions I'll do my best to help
Hey !! always great to meet new cool people ! Will yo ube going there again in the future events ? and I do hope this video and all others help people , thats the main reason Im making them )
hey Maxim !! im so happy that it worked but now I just need to include the 2 side cameras for it as well lol always something 😅 Oh yes! next week 2nd part comes out ;)
Hello I have a titan that have some play (no leaking) in the drive shaft that Connect with the transfer case, is this normal or not supposed to have play on this piece( al ready checked the u joint and are still good)
Hey ! when you talking about play.. the play is more of in and out of the but not up and down right ? if so thats normal . also if you have no leaks ( just make sure your topped off with fluid ) and everything looks good then you should be good ) hope it helps
@@DIY_AUTO_PHOTO thanks you for your response, let me check again if is in and out and I hope no up and down. And fortunately and have not leake by the moments
hey thank you so much ! long time working on it.. and its finally looking and working the way I wanted .. and yeah.. its crazy how everything turned out
This came out great. I ran a similar install but installed the Viair 400H above the wheel well with the air hose coming through a grommet in the side panel. Switch on the dash.
Nice, like you I've had to install and take the tie rod off three times already. I'm going to do a 4th one on Saturday. I actually shortened the cross bolt on the inside to prevent it from rubbing/pulling on the boot so much. One of the guys with Z1 OffRoad was selling his CJD tie rods and one of his major complaints was he went through three boots and he was getting tired of keeping the tie rods clean and boots replaced. Now I just need to go back and loctite the bolt I shortened and the piece that you screwed into the rack. I'll probably loctite the nut on the knuckle as well due to the same concern you had. Nice video!
haha! nice we all learn as we go )) oh yes thats a good idea to cut those bolts did cut them too as well it also helped alot to slide the boot over it more easier
Just did the same 2" kit on my Frontier. I loosened the steering like you did, but now it steers funny. Do I need a steering extender? Did your friend complain about the same thing?
hey congrats on the body lift ! as for the extender no not really needed for 2 inch body lift its only needed if you do higher body lift . and yes he told me that it felt funny.. so what he did.. he loosen that bolt up again and then one more under the dash.. and moved steering wheel few times full turn right to left and then tighten everything up and it fixed it. Let me know if that helps you
Yes. After doing research, I did this same thing and it worked. I'm a little concerned though because there is now not much connection where it connected under the dash. Hopefully it won't slip off while I'm driving. Lol. It also slipped off while it was loose and I was turning the wheel which cause my steering wheel to spin and I broke my clock spring. Lol. Oh well. Ordered new one on ebay. Thank you
What a great video. I appreciate your quality. Those under-the-rig-cameras are really cool. N. New York and New Hampshire is just really amazing portions of Appalachia to OHV and have fun! Please keep making content. - Charles, Utah ‘93 Pathfinder(built tf out)
Thank you so much buddy for such good feedback! I am super happy you enjoying those videos ! and I hope to continue to produce more interesting and fun videos in the future
Thats right ! I am on 35s now.. and I still need to cut some more that I just found out lol but going to 33s dont really need to cut much just needs to do a "melt mod "
Hey! I’m also installing a JS in my Xterra and I was wondering what you did with the stock voltage regulator on the negative cable. Did you leave the stock cable in place and just add the 1/0?
@@DIY_AUTO_PHOTO it was easy I did the same thing you did when I was taking my c200k axle out and putting on the m226 I accidentally pulled the drive shaft out and when I put it back in I scrapped the seal and had a minor leak. I have a 2012 frontier with 37k miles on it. It's in really great shape practically new.
I added very little... when working on it I almost lost nothing not even half of cap i think.. so after all is done I just added little drove around check the dipstip to make sure its at good level and thats it.. I left it as it.
