I have been working on wildlife conservation, wildlife monitoring and tracking as a field research wildlife technician. Keen Ornithologist and birdwatcher for more than 25 years working in Portugal and abroad, from the desert reagions of North Africa to its south western tip.
All my life I have surrounded myself with the woods, nature, feeling a deep conexion with it and a call that that I knew it was deeply rooted inside myself.
Always have been an open minded soul, the fringe of science and its numerous mysteries let me to this path, where my quantum conscious mind challanges constantly my rational thought process. Researching Sasquatch its not just the ultimate adventure following the path of an undetected relict hominid, its also an amazing adventure inside ourselves. To understand Sasquatch we must change the paradigm of our own evolution and society as the most inteligent beings on the surface of this planet.

I think some of them could be good for keeping young ones in while they hunt or gather food. Or is it all symbolic, or language?
@SasquatchSWEurope
@SasquatchSWEurope День назад
Good question, I will say symbolic as 99% of them dont show signs of being used or habited. Ypu could say they are nomadic and being so their use woukld be very sporadic, but, it still doesnt explain the smaller ones, or that they dont seem to care with the elements as the roof its most often non existent. They have a porpose alright, they are used as an object in a symbollic way that could be interpreted as comunication between them and with us, or it could be symbolic in a religious way for them or honoring past memories and places. So many hipothesis are possible , without even touching the space time continuum theories that we are in the presence of an inter dimensional being.

Wow. I just discovered your channel today from my home in Arkansas USA. I am very pleased to have my eyes opened to sasquatch presence in western Europe (wow again), and I thank you for sharing your hard work with us! Count me in as a happy new subscriber. As a 61 yr old retired chemical engineer, I still love having my knowledge expanded, particularly on such a fascinating and riveting subject matter. It's perplexing to me that my daily RU-vid study of bigfoot (approx. 1 hour per day) has totally missed your channel until today, October 19, 2024. I watched 3 of your videos just now, including the #1 longest howl known to man. I will watch more of your videos in the days to come. Just to be clear, I am not an insider on the high end of No. American sasquatch research. But I do closely follow the work of the high end of N.A. research on sasquatch. I am proud to be one of the tiny percentage of people on the planet who is a bigfoot knower. I saw one on May 19, 2021 in eastern Kentucky's Appalachian Mtns at noon on a beautiful springtime day -- for a solid 1 minute 30 seconds through my 8x Leica binoculars at only 50 yards/meters away. I could virtually count its hairs. Cheers to you from Arkansas! Guy L.

what i find to be an interesting aspect of these structures is that some few of them (at least few in germany) are built into the trail - like here with one of yours in portugal, at min3:21 for example ... . a clear sign for me that it was not made by us "normal humans". btw: the pictures are amazing, both in showing the enormous variety of these constructions and in their clarity!
@SasquatchSWEurope
@SasquatchSWEurope 2 дня назад
Yes, but to give a context to that photo and that proto structure, there wasnt anything there untill that tree fell and almost blocked the trail. Almost imediatly they started to place those sticks leaned against the fallen tree, and I dont know if being on the trail had something to do with the fact that they never added more material to it. Like you said it makes no sence if you see it with a human construct perspective.
@felice9907
@felice9907 День назад
@@SasquatchSWEurope I have seen at least two "full blown" teepee structures built half in the forest and half into a commonly used trail, both of them were made over night as i could see myself because i went there often during a certain period. and both of them stayed for several months and then were suddenly demolished again, over night - at the same trail btw., with approx. 400 m distance. in between they were changed a bit by newly decorating them with other branches, leaves, stones (usually quartz) etc. i think it´s quite obvious (even though i cannot prove it) that the wild forest people make them, same as with fake fire pits and other such phenomena. it´s probably their way of living their daily life: hunting, digging, giving birth, protecting the little ones, burying the dead - all of this in a rudimentary manner, like mimicking a primitive human life style.
@SasquatchSWEurope
@SasquatchSWEurope День назад
@@felice9907 If that is their way of living, we are not finding the real ones, the ones that are clearly used with signs of being habited, fake fire pits are called that way because they are always like a kids play, they are never used, they dont have a single piece of charcoal or burned wood. You know most of it I really think its mimicking stuff, we humans in the tropical forests of africa or south america are still living in shacks of wood today, hunting with arrows and spears, our history as a civilized being is rather short compared to allmost 1 million years our sapiens species is here in this planet, our consciousness its still very primitive I think, so sometimes I feel like we are being petted, like having an hamster on a cage and providing it wool and a box for making a nest. probably not the best comparison as we do not take and use those structures to live 😅. Either way its a very intriguing and passionate subject.

@@felice9907 Thats a report from a suposed abductee, no one ever found the sasquatch camp, and he speaks about a cave with moss and some pealed bark blankets and not stick structures, so you could say there are some putative nests found in Washington state or siberia that dont seem to be from a bear, but I have never heard about a structure that has been reported as being habited and that numerous researchers could confirm that finding. Although Sasquatch hair as been colected by Scott Carpenter inside the stick structures, and the hair samples tested positive for "unknown hominid" on Dr. Melba DNA study, so there are a few hints that they stay in close proximity to them probably during the buiding stage. Are the ones we find a small replica of the real deal? Sure, it can be, but were are them? In la la land, another realm, the unexplored Deep forests of equatorial Africa, or the Amazon? Defenetly not in Europe or North America, there is no valley , or patch of forest that is so deep that no one ever walked there, we are not talking about a few sightings and interactions every 10 years, we are talking about constant interaction, constant sightings worldwide, so it makes no sense, the mystery is a hudge puzzle to be solved.

Such a beautiful wild place there! I was so excited to see the bottle on the tree! How are the chances that you'll find a bottle stuck on a tree in this vast wilderness? You were guided there to be shown the connection and show it to us. The horizontal treetrunk where you were looking for the stump was broken off of one of the trees where it was stuck in. You can see the leftover of the tree. So the Basajaun is still alive in the minds of the locals (?), whereas here no one has a clue since the Wild man was liquidated from our minds hundreds of years ago. All the best and looking forward to the next one!

That bottle was very funny because imediately thought about the ones you found. That place is pristine, you dont see litter/garbage left on the forest, so the bottle was pretty obvious. The Mountainious areas are harsh places to live, people living there preserve those memories much better, the same here in Portugal, folklore, ancient traditions, etc, they survive there, better then in any other place, because those places were forgotten during centuries by the progress of civilization and religion. Regarding the stump you probably right, and I can imagine the tree falling into place like that hiting something and going backwards, its really hard to know what it could or could not be done by them, and I really think the majority of what you see in nature or on video done by people researching is in fact nature itself

hi friends, what a report and what a landscape! there must be giant forest folks there to shake a 20m tree like that and leave footprints of that size (though i understand: the fp were made later). 70cm ..... incredible! as to tipis and other related structures: my own experience shows a great variety of them, they seem to be made for many different purposes, like hunting blinds, place for the kids, to allure humans in general (someone remarked "we are their tv"!) and maybe for other creatures of the woods ... . they don´t seem to really care whether to take broken branches as building material or also use wooden pieces that were cut by forest workers, and sometimes obviously like to decorate them with threads, ropes, plants like fern, bark pieces etc. btw, if tracks just "vanish in the air" it can simply mean that the wildmen took a leap and went on in the trees, i heard this from a witness.
@SasquatchSWEurope
@SasquatchSWEurope Месяц назад
@@felice9907 those tracks were defenetly odd, they popped out from nowhere and vanished suddenly, European hare tracks have some similarities and my doubt is the progression on how they look when melting, for me as wildlife researcher is all about identifying good impressions, knowing how they look after they start to melt its on another league. I am really not sure what to think, but decided to share them in case anyone as seen similar ones, or to make people aware that nature and wildlife are often the cause, not everything is Sasquatch. Regarding them going into the trees it's something to consider, although such being with 65cm footprints would probably be so massive that it would have done damage into those cedars, at least the smaller, thinner branches, if it's a cryptid my opinion goes more into phasing out of this reality. hi friends, hi anke, deborah! nice to see you all coming together here on this quality channel from portugal! these traversal sticks/branches/logs are quite common in germany as i found out, in very different kinds of forest and in different states of "development": i did not interpret them as a stop sign for us "normal humans" but rather as part of a future structure like a tipi or something similar. sometimes i found them even as a connecting "laundry line" between two tipis, and in two or three cases - when a tree was placed like this, high up, between two other trees - it rather looks like a giant gate ... but, again, who knows .... . thank you for all these great, clear pictures in this video, rui!

Hi there!!! Thank you for the complements, although you are defenetly exagerating on the quality 😅. Regarding what some of you are calling "floaters", I should have made a diference on the video, so you have the hanging "floaters" smaller, and wich are placed horizontly and supported by other branches and twigs, and I have those tick trunks of young trees that I call forced "floaters" and they are usualy taken out and ripped of from nearby young trees and placed firmly between 3 trees, so firmly and with such brute force that you can do push ups with all your body weight and they wont move an inch, and those ones are the ones I think that mean "stop", mostly because in the begining they placed a lot of them in a small area at once almost like doing a wall. And I only see that happen there , where the trees were cut down, a few miles almost in every direction there are other places with structures and I have never seen those forced "floaters" being placed. But I can be wrong, we tend to humanize everything, and see things our way, maybe they have another completely diferent meaning, who knows.

Good stuff here thank you I too have filmed a number of these over the past ten years. We called them floating branches or logs. We also found many hanging sticks that appeared to have been purposefully placed and had not just fallen randomly from the canopy above. One time we found seven or eight separate sticks lined up on a fallen log and that was stunning. We could not explain why a human would have bothered to take the time to do that. It is difficult to explain these things in the woods and after ten years my husband and I both came to the conclusion that they could be placed there by the wildman. Particularly after we heard the wood knock and response which just blew our minds! I am less sure about the small teepees as they could be bushcraft by humans, even in remote areas, and as such it is difficult to say categorically either way who built them.

@deborahflello2316 2 месяца назад
@@SasquatchSWEurope HI there lovely to hear from you. I am sorry but I did not explain myself clearly when telling you about the floating logs The "floaters" we saw were rammed in place and appeared to be purposely position, they were not natural falls of logs. I think that the fact that they are horizontal in a vertical environment seems to me to be most significant and leads me to suggest that they are sign- posts or markers indicating something, I know not what. We also frequently found what we called "hanging sticks" and these were certainly not sticks fallen from the canopy above because their position indicated they had again been placed in position purposefully. They alwaysq hung at approx a 6ft head height and were very obvious in the environement. Another amazing thing we found were "ground sticks"' (as found by the Yowie Hunters in Australia) We found a whole pathway of these one time and if it was not human then who on earth would do that ? Another crazy thing we found frequently were "decorated logs" These were fallen trees that had been decorated with sticks in odd ways . These did NOT appear to be natural falls from the canopy but appeared to be purposefully placed. We found one with eight or nine sticks leaning up against it in an organised fashion. It was so very weird to find that. This one was special. I wondered if it perhaps could indicate how many had travelled through that area??? Finally to speak about disturbance. I am speaking of physical disturbance of the forest environment and NOT of psychic disturbance. We would find areas of the forest floor that had been very obviously disturbed and "cleared" and logs appearing to have been laid out in square or rectangle patterns. We called them" circuit boards" Please also see the videos of GPE in the UK as he too would find these odd cleared areas with circuit board display It appeared as though someone had cleared away all undergrowth and debris in an area generally measuring 4m x 4m approximately, leaving the forest floor clear and clean and then laid out logs, (frequently big logs) in a pattern whereby they all touched each other like a large circuit board as found in electrical circuits. We always wondered if this was connected with the flow of electro-magnetic current somehow. best regards Deb

@@deborahflello2316 Thank you for the extensive comment sharing so much. I have seen one of your videos docummenting that path of ground sticks you found, I remenber thinking what a crazy amount of them and how they were clearly forming a "path", I also have found some but here and there including in this place after the clear cut and the thinning that the forestry services performed. And I think I know what are you refering as "circuit boards", I usualy call them floor plans, like a house with divisions is 2D impressed on the forest, and usualy it has the ground "cleaned" of leafs/twigs, and diferent objects like pine cones and leafs and ferns are freashly collected and piled in diferent places on that 2D floor plan, some fake fire pits also, these are often found near places where children often play like near playgrounds and picnic areas with big patches of wood surounding them. More into the forest and away from this places of interaction between small humans and them I often find those floor plans/circuit boards without having the ground cleaned of leafs and debris and 100% of the time forming squares, rectangles, square angles etc., so obviously not natural deadfall from the canopy of the trees. I really havent been showing/sharing these type of structures as I really dont know what to say about them, maybe they are representations of the meaning "home" in a way we can understand, as we humans have a cubic worldwide concept of a home.

A big patch of wood was clear cut here, it was not only the thinning and cleaning that is seen. That's why I think they placed this transversal trunks, the first time I counted 14 of them, but I guess that if only one of their favorite trees is taken down they can also place this obvious "stop" marks.

wonderful forest walk with all the signs and structures, big, small and medium size, which belong to this natural world! the lights appear to be more technical originally except that bigger one at the end: truly astonishing!

where are the birds and insects sounds... Very curious. I experienced these kind of atmospheres also in the woods here.

@@peternuyten7114 that place has a strange aura indeed, and sometimes the silence make it even more weirder, I don't know if it has anything to do their presence there but sometimes birds are quiet just because, it's hot, or it's late in the breeding season etc. , so many possible and natural things, for now I am not going to jump into quick conclusions. I will leave a audio recorder there when I go back and let's see what happens.

@@SasquatchSWEurope great idea! as from my experience this might be more effective than a trail cam (which uses IR and is therefore more noticeable for the forest folks)! also there is a point regarding our own perception: it can be so focussed at certain moments of danger, interest etc. that all other sounds and noises are excluded for a while ... . anyway, another fascinating video which confirms again a lot of similarities between the portuguese and the german sasquatch! one example of many is how they use stones: to mimic fire pits but also to mark special spots and even to build something like rudimentary walls ... .
@SasquatchSWEurope
@SasquatchSWEurope 3 месяца назад
@@felice9907 yes, audio is defenetly less intrusive and they seem to care less about recorders and even interact with them. When you place a game trail camera, for animals who can see infra red whenever it's turned on during the night it's like seeing someone turning on a flashlight, and that's a possibility that they figure that out and avoid the camera angle. Unlike most people think most of the cameras moving sensor does not emit IR, it detects diferent temperature ranges in front of it and then it turns on the IR flash and takes a picture, so it's wrong to say they can detect all cameras because they see the IR light, they would have to see it being triggered and then memorize it's location in order to avoid it. This all conversation on their abilities, brings on what I have been saying in some of my specific videos, they do not do mistakes, and that by itself can be considered paranormal has we humans are constantly prone to choosing wrong, doing mistakes, even the best trained ones, like any animal in nature is also not flawless, or the duality of predator and prey would not happen.

very interesting these experiences with telepathy/mindspeak! my take on this subject is that we all are gifted with this ability, more or less, depending on how we allow ourselves to express it. does anybody know exactly what "basajaun" means in english?

Basajaun means wild Lord
@SasquatchSWEurope
@SasquatchSWEurope 3 месяца назад
Yes from the basque baso "woods" and jaun "lord", so lord of the woods or lord of the forest, the same association of names is similar and worldwide, like the Yeren in China as forest man. Regarding mindspeak I Guess we can all do it but not everyone will experience it the same way, it could be more visual like most of my experiences or it could present itself as a voice wich I only experienced once, it could also be both, depends on your ability to receive. If the sender is not careful decreasing the "signal" he puts out, you can end up with a tremendous headache, like I had in the Pyrenees the day after I recorded the long howl at dawn.
