I was newly married and was on the parade of making delicacies for my husband. I made this cake and it was the best carrot cake of my life. It beat the Cheese Cake Factory!! Same day was one of our friend's birthday. My husband said, why don't you take this cake for her. There were around 25 people and everyone ate .. like they even ate the crumbles of your tasty cake. The plate was clean 😅 The store bought one was left just like that!!! I am making your magical cake once again as today is my husband's birthday. I watched this vedio couple years ago, like a really long time ago ! Somewhere around 7 years !! I was young and always wished to make those pretty cookies. I thought that they were the prettiest out there ! So delicate. The years went by and I completely forgot about them. Just now I came across a reel on instagram that lit an old memory in my mind, and reminded me of these specific cookies. I just celebrated my 22th birthday a couple days ago. I think, that one day soon, maybe in the summer vacation, I might be able to try them, just this technique of having a colorful heart in the cookies ! I'm in a special happiness right now, knowing that I can fullfill a dream, young me once had, and it went forgotten over the years. Never thought that i'd get this emotional over a cookies vedio ! Young me from the past, i'll never forget your dreams, and hopefully i'll fullfill them one by one 🩵 I think that I should get a diary and every once in a while when I have smth on my to-do wishlist, I should write it, so I can have all of my wishes on one bucket list, and never leave a small wish undone.
