Another was the 1985 McDonald's French fry station procedures video. She mentions how the beef tallow the fries were cooked in made the fries taste great. She was right, and I miss McDonald's beef tallow fries.

Service in the 80s was over the top. And everyone was getting paid like $4/hour. Wonder why boomers freak out at young workers? It's because they had to do stuff like this, and by comparison, modern-day service is garbage.

Grocery dept doesn't answer phone and no one at service desk. That is how it really works.... LOL
