Had a co worker just join at my workplace and he was actually on the show during the Meredith Viera era. I have been on a nostalgic run, so thank you for the episodes. 🥰👏
What else to say about this episode? Really, this might be the most notable episode without anyone who llamed out or who won a quarter million dollars or more. It has what? Jason Block? The fastest fingers ever (unsure how they were able to, even when guessing) and the carryover contestant who had a "funny" ending. What a memorable episode.
Even though Tom’s roommate gave the correct answer, he was confusing Fred Gandy (“Gopher on The Love Boat”) with Fred Thompson, older southern gentleman who played DA Arthur Branch on Law & Order.
If the Amanda Bynes movie, She’s the Man, based on Twelfth Night had already come out, Tracy would have known Viola and her twin brother, Sebastian, were the two main characters.
I already made this comment, but here it goes to annoy more people: You wanna know why Ed Toutant was in this episode? Well, he was originally supposed to appear on November 99, but he had to be bumped as one of the Fastest Finger contestants for that episode was supposed to appear in August, but was ineligible because he was running for political office, and Ed became an alternate. Hence why they put him in **this** episode, and only the top 9 qualifiers qualified for this episode. Hence why you see 9 person fastest finger rounds.
