I’m a bit late to see the video but if you’re still replying to comments let me know if you think this will fix a gearbox whine in 1st and 2nd gear. Mk1 Audi TT 225 cheers
Hi, my coolant temp sensor has been having issues where it will start leaking at least once a year! The shops just do the same thing (replace coolant temp sensor, o-ring and clip). That works for about 9-12 months. The plastic coolant flange still should be fine since I had it replaced a few years ago. I was going to try to replace the clip with a metal one and also do a new o-ring. Can you let me know how easy it is to get the plug off? It looks like you pushed up with a flathead to get the plug off the sensor. Is that accurate? I know it's held on by the plastic protruding from the side of the sensor you have in your video. Thanks for any info!
I've done this and i've done that but no fucking before and after my friend. Someone can do it with vinegar nad soda powder too - cheaper and easier me guess but still no input and outcome.
Any advice for if the fuse isn't blown and the central locking still doesn't work via the fob? brand new battery in the fob too. Also, back drivers window isn't working properly and neither is the lock too...
@@quantumparodox So glad to hear that after all these years that video still got you out of a situation. Thanks for taking the time to comment and hope you have a safe and enjoyable onward journey.
I have this probpem but the master switch allows the window to go down but not up do u think theres a problem with the master switch or should i try it out first
I have a Skoda citigo ith the citigo deflectors, the clips will not go in though they just immediately ping straight back out, no matter how hard I push them in 🥲
I can not get the lower pipe off! My hands are too big, I think I am going to have to take the intake manifold off to get to it, can anyone help me? Is there another way?
Thank you so much! My car battery had to be charged (It was basically dead). After that I had to reset them manually so I did this and they started working and also on my drivers side switch control panel!
Thank you very much for uploading such a good and easy guideline video. My car has the same problem. I’ve tested and rinsed most of the sensors and still have same problem. I need to turn of and on the car when it happens and then everything is normal again. I’m excited to try this out today 😇
