Never got it to reduce oil flow. Put a brand new one in. It has a roll pin that restricts adjustment to only 1/4 of a turn. Tried removing pin but the whole adjuster comes loose of the oil pump body.
Very informative video. I’ve been considering getting a turf tracer 60” for a few larger properties I maintain, I like standers vs sit down ZTRs but an old tracer would be a lot cheaper. Seems like the ECS is very similar to the old “pistol grip” handles.
For those who are just about to watch, the vid shows the location of the oil adjustment screw on a CS-370 chainsaw. Start watching at 1:02 Yes, the video is shaky, yes, the saw is dirty, yes, the guy is barefoot while doing his video, no, this location may not apply to other Echo saws. So many whiney babies have commented on this to death. I appreciate just knowing the location of the screw. Thanks.
If either line has a bit of kink you can take some long nose pincher plyers go inside the gas opening pull the line forward slightly which is what I usually do.
I have this pressure washer and I pulled the carburetor to clean it. I went to put the carburetor back on and I forgot how the governor spring is attached to it. Can you help in anyway?
Yeah. I just priced out individual parts for mine. Sad, cheaper to buy entire carb. I even got extra parts with the new carb. Now I'm looking for a bag of replacement needles. One u do one Zama/Walbro, you know how to do them all!!
I found a GBI22V WEEDEATER LEAFBLOWER AND A BOLEN WEEDEATER IN TRASH IN AN ALLEY. WELL ALL I DID TO THE BOLEN WEEDEATER WAS EMPTY AND CHANGE GAS AND CLEAN THE SPARKPLUG AND IT FIRES ROGHT UP RUNS GOOD. THE GBI22V WEEDEATER LEAFBLOWER THAT I ALSO FOUND THE FUEL LINE WAS ROTTED SO I PUT A NEW FUEL LINE AND FILTER IN IT NEW SPARK PLUG AND REBUILT THE CARBURETOR BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ADJUST THE IDLE AND MIX SCREWS. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
Another way to remove the tank grommet is to take a sharp knive and simply cut the grommet and hoses flush to the tank...then push/pull the other side into the tank. Then fish it out with hemostats or a stiff hooked wire.. The advance of doing it this way is that your less apt to booger up the tank ...and it's pretty fast ...
Great video. Q1: Should the Discharge line (yellow for the choke) be long enough so that it also drops down in fuel tank below fuel level? Q2: Should the Vent line be dipped in the fuel tank or not? Any chance you can post a picture of the three fuel lines that are in the fuel tank? This will give me an idea of the length of the fuel lines in the fuel tank. I am not sure if the fuel kit that I am getting from Amazon will be cut to the right length. Thanks.
