I will say, a full year without incident, coupled with that pool ball incident looking more and more like a potential frame job, I do not condone hitting a women ever, but crazy people can drive you crazy yourself. He seems to have reformed himself, and that’s all we can ask for
I mean, third chances? Probably not. But, can a young man get a second chance and prove through his future actions whether that truly represents him or not? It's not like we are putting additional females in danger by having him on our team. We aren't sending him on a date with an open bar tab. Lot of self righteous Mfers out there with stones in their hands....
Doug speaking with his heart & not his head on Miles. That IS their free agency. Its all about if its gonna be $100 or $125. Thats it. There is probably nothing else outside a 2 yr year Seth Curry deal & a few 2 ways
My exact thoughts this team won’t be different without miles and healthy like what????? And then the names they named to replace him PJ Tucker???😂😭😂😂 dude averaged 21 without a healthy melo which would open things up more and give him better looks if he was healthy
Look, jeff peterson said himself, he told miles we want you back. If thats the case quit bsn around and sign the guy. We always get told false stuff, if you want him sign him and quit waiting around, if you dont want him then ket him go, quit the bs!!!!
I don't think it's the Hornets. I think Rich Paul (his agent) is trying to get as much money as possible. The Hornets probably have their number and they want more.
Detroit couldn’t sign Miles bridges. Not with him beating his girl and he’s from there. The spotlight would be too bright. Would have been an absolute disaster.
I wouldn't hate that lol. I'm huge in bringing bridges back I think that would be top priority but if that is a straight trade with no assets attached I'm fine with that.
@@cwhite4339their numbers appear to be very similar that's why I said no assets just a straight up trade is the only way I could get on board with that. Maybe they both could do for some change in scenery
That makes sense! The spurs have next years lottery protected 1st round pick. The following year it goes to a 2nd round pick. No one who makes hornet content videos is discussing this fact.
I doubt if they are trying to lose next years 1st round pick to the spurs. I expect them to be a lottery team unless they can legitimately compete for at least the 6th spot in the playoffs. The play-in at the 9th or 10th spot isn't worth losing that pick in a draft that's going to be twice as better than this draft. And I'm saying this as a guy who hates tanking. Oh, and can anybody tell me how the spurs got this pick?
@@Hooderawkai Jones trade is how they got it. But yea I would avoid tanking at all costs. Try to make the playoffs if you are good enough make it if you have more injuries and can't make it make the pick. We have enough factors making us possibly miss it with injuries we don't need to try to tank lol. If we resign miles and have no injuries we could def be 6th seed
@samuelparker7280 they should have never made the kai jones deal in the first place. And the sad thing is the person who made that deal is the owners main advisor. Mitch needs to be nowhere near this team.
They drafted and developed PJ Washington and traded him only to watch him help the Mavs to an NBA Finals berth, so then Charlotte drafts someone they hope can develop into another PJ Washington… sure, I guess..
Salaune>Risacher just me and who I like. So is who agrees or disagrees. but hornets fans just know yall got one of them ones. I keep telling all my NBA dynasty co members that this dude is gonna be the difference maker with what they’re building in charlotte. Bridges is as good as gone even though he already was being shopped and he shot the pistons trade down last season. I like what charlottes building ALOT
Of course, Doug is excited he’s more excited about these rookies than he was when LaMelo got drafted that’s why the hornets will never have a culture because the people that need to hype the current players are just down grading them. Hell he doesn’t even live in North Carolina smh 🤦🏽♂️
I don’t understand why yall even bring up win now mode. Why spin the wheels faster and get deeper in the mud We have assets, let them develop, build a better culture, we cant keep skipping parts of it
I'm sorry, but if Reed Sheppard was on the Hornets Big Board someone should be fired. They have height and length, and they need to continue height and length.
My favorite part of the draft was seeing the faces of these guys after spending hours and days of research and discussion on the draft just to realize they had absolutely no idea what they were talking about.
To the dude on here who suggested Salaun to Hornets at 6 about a month ago, and I said he wouldn't go before 9 or so.....kuddos sir! I always loved the highlights and upside, but I wanted a play now guy this draft. Hope you're right about him! Excited to see him in summer league and beyond. Go Hornets.
Haven't heard one word from anybody about Cody in months. Have I missed something....is he gone or going? Getting waived? Or just locked in to the 2nd unit so no need to discuss?
I wanted Nikola in the 2nd, but KJ should be a good pick up too. He most likely will play the majority of the season with the Swarm. Maybe he can be like the Pritchard role/player for the Hornets in the future off the bench
Important note, next year is THE DRAFT to be in. Our 1st round pick belongs to the Spurs! BUT it is lottery protected. So we have REAL incentive to not win too much next year. I understand the desire to win, but we need that chance to get some of the talent that will be rolling in. Cooper Flagg guys.
My younger brother had a good friend that used to spend a lot of time at the house. He fit the mold of this nickname if you will. He loved it. His nickname Tit E. Giggles
