Can you imagine what a pain in the arse it was fitting these to cars on the production line back in the day??? Can't believe how over engineered these are
EPS carry looks great on some bigger guns like the H&K VP9. On that gun the Carry hangs over the edges of the slide and doesn’t look right, whereas the EPS carry looks perfect.
Put apex triggers in them Glocks….. you can thank me later 😉 it will help you shoot even better with your optics you will probably shoot up all your ammo! It’s that good 👍🇺🇸 stay safe shooter thanks for the video review them apex triggers 👍🇺🇸
I haven't been beating on it too bad, but its been seeing every day carry use for about a year, and maybe 1000 rounds or so of 9mm. No issues thus far, but I would consider this "light use".
I did everything just like u said but I’m getting a slight vibration at 1800-2000 rpm or just off idle ??? Not sure if it’s a injector causing it or I didn’t get that hub on right I got bulged a lot hope I didn’t miss something
I appreciate your video showing the EPS Carry on the G19 width slide. Versus most people putting the larger EPS(non-carry) version on these slide widths. I have a G19X on the way and will be getting the slide milled for a Holosun. Was planning on the EPS but now I feel the slightly larger window of the EPS is not enough of an advantage to overlook the excess overhang. The EPS Carry looks to fit VERY well on the G19 slide. Thank you!
I swap out my G19 with my Macro, depending on how i feel somedays. I've got the EPS Carry Non-MRS on the way for my Macro to replace my 407k, (Tired of the lint build up on the lens) and after doing some research, and watching this and a few others, this convinced me to skip the SCS and get another EPS Carry for my G19.5. I wasn't aware of the DogTag plate, and wasn't sure I liked the front 'lip' on it, but now I think I am kind of digging it more then I thought. I may send back my freshly arrived CHPWS MOS-K plate, and order this plate if the CHPWS one is loose like I've seen on some other videos.
Your video alone is what months ago influenced me into getting my Glock 26 milled for the EPS carry. Couldn't find any other videos out at the time showing how the smaller carry version fit exactly flush with the one inch slides of the double stacked Glocks. The whole video was well done. Have since purchased two EPS carry in red ( MRS and 6 MOA ) and one full size EPS 6 MOA in green. Thanks, Eastern Armory.
My G17 has a direct cut for EPS :) Made in USA doesn't matter as long as the quality control is good. China invented gunpowder so it's not a big deal. I run an EPS Carry on my Shield Plus and also have a 509T on my Beretta 1301 Tactical.
I just like the look of the rmr so much more. I can’t afford the rmr but I’m going to save just for the look. It’s stupid I know but I don’t like the look of any other red dot
Make sure you buy aftermarket screws for the EPS carry. The ones out the box are no good for the G43x/48. M4X 11mm M3H are the ones I bought and work great. Holosun does not disclose this info and it pisses me off. Buyer beware.
Nice review man. That’s a good auto brightness demo. We have a video covering all holosun pistol optics if you want to learn more about each, they have so much it can be confusing
Thanks for the review and info about the mounting plate. I’ve got an EPS carry that I’m going to mount on a H&K P2000SK. If I get another EPS carry I may put it on my Glock 19 MOS (it’s currently got a 509T on it).
I also used to be a made in USA guy. But then I realized that everything comes from china in some way shape or form. And also, why support an American company when they rob Americans blind.
Different places have been getting shipments intermittently, try signing up for notifications at Primary Arms and Big Tex Outdoors. Usually sell out within a few hours though.
The EPS Carry is great. Upgraded from a 507Kx2 32 MOA circle with 2 MOA dot to an EPS Carry 6 MOA green. Much faster sight acquisition for EDC and less clutter in window. Wish I had switched long ago.
I just got a engine from a rebuild shop/Machine shop and I just figured out they didn't time the engine I figured out when installing the rocker.arms on cylinder #3 & #8 Intake when either of them is at cam lift the dowel is at 5pm on the crank pulley im not happy.
Hey I have 6.4, rebuilt the engine. Have a hard vibration on the truck now. Almost certain it is coming from the Crank flange, i have taken them apart more than 5 times and aligned all the parts including the flywheel and put everything back together right and still same vibration. Any advice? I would appreciate it, Thanks man!
If you look at end of crankshaft without the flange attached there is a hole/slot......turn your "flange" dowel pin hole 180 degrees from the hole on the crankshaft hole/slot. Diesaltechron has a great video on the vibration flange issue.
