What happens if we live outside of the US,,, My husband seeks green card and I am a US citizen. We've been married for 10 years with two children, 10 and 8. My husband is the sole breadwinner of the family. How does the green card process look like for us in terms of processing time?
FYI: Called this office and the call center rep insisted that I need to invest a minimum of $100K USD for the E2 Visa. I have a service business and this $$ number is just ridiculous in my case. I am aware of cases that have gotten approved for as low as $23K USD so I'll be looking for a different law firm to support my transition.

How a foreign investor can open a Business Bank Account without SSN. Lets say Bank of America one can full fill all of their requirements for business bank account as a foreign investor they have listed on their site except SSN. They want you to provide SSN. Mercury is something people use I don’t know if visa officer would be comfortable with that. You didn’t mention anything regarding that how one can get through this blocker.
Hi Mr. Ashoori, great video! Excellent explanation. As I know everything is so new, do you think someone that was deported and re entered illegally 14 years ago would qualify for this? (13 years married with a US citizen and 14 years in the USA interrupted and 2 US citizens kids) however, they have that deportation and they re enter illegally. Thank you 😊 Hope to hear from you ❤

Not in this case. If you know old proverb "Time is money - Benjamin Franklin" and you are just buying Time here with that "Premium Processing" Only reason I could see is that USCIS is giving priority who fund them and that's what it's called "captalism". But then it's seen almost everywhere. "Money Talks, bullshit walks!"

Here we go again! I thought I was done with USCIS after I submitted the i130 and the i601a on my undocumented husbands behalf. All on my own and with no lawyer. Approved. Here we are 6 years later, documentarily qualified with the NVC, and when PIP was announced we were literally just 7 weeks from an appointment abroad. My husband prefers this route because it’s safer but the processing times on these applications are going to make this process more drawn out. That’s even if I can get an application in. Either way, my husband made me reschedule the appointment. Thanks for the video!

I have a friend who had an admission from a top university in California with full scholarship, but she was denied from US Embassy in Dubai and Qatar and was given 214b, Is there any hope to try again? She clearly mentioned her non- immigrant intent to the officer. Thanks

With the new rule of filling i485 along with i526, do we get the conditional green card for 2 years once i485 is approved along with EAD, advance parole or do we have to wait for i526 to get approved for getting the conditional green card ?
Hello sir, thnak you for great information I have questions if somone come on F1 visa and because of some problems get out of status But still visa is valid is there any possibility to get green card without getting marry with anyone
Omg.... I applied B1 and got denied. I said I was going to prepare for E2, but I forgot to tell the officer that I will return to my country. I had a bank statement of my business in my country but didn't show it. The officer told me preparation can be done without visiting. Apply E2. But I guess I needed to state that I was going to return to my country. 😢 Its synchronicity. Thank you for sharing this!
This sucks when my wife and my step child are stuck in the Philippines while we try to do this legally. It's so sad for us. I am in the US while my family is over there. I don't get any breaks!
Well I’m wondering when the immigration will allow E2 visa holder to became green card holder? This is fair for them, but for people like me who came in America legally and create a job , what going to happen to us? This is not fair, and my son born here ……….
Hello, how are you my dear friend? My name is Suleiman from Syria and currently in Turkey under temporary protection. Do you have a travel program for me?
