Hi brother , I’m still waiting my final history exam since 2020 so I don’t know my status is it M1,M2, F1,F2 ? Calling them is wasting time because it’s just a customer service with no authorization! I don’t know what to do ? I believe US constitution states that the immigrant or refugee has the right or eligible to submit for US citizenship, right ? I’m now like 8 years and yet nobody calling or mailing me from USCIS?! I have super clean history not even a car ticket I thought they respect the law here !

on June 29 2023 I have submitted a change from b2 to f1, I have submitted i539 along with i907 premium processing, and I have been biometriced on July 21 2023, but My i94 will expire on August 21, 2023, if i907 is still not finished until August 21, 2023, will my status be overstayed? Is there an i94 extension for pending status? for example because my f1 status was pending for quite a long time and when I decided to return to my country my status was still not out, for example I decided to return to my country on September 2 2023, meaning my i907 was dropped, if in October 2023 I'm re-entering America, will I be allowed to re-enter America, have I overstayed the old i94, which ended 180 days on August 21, 2023, or I didn't overstay because I got a 240-day extension because I previously submitted i907 before my old i94 ended
