so, if i created a llc example j&k trucking but i want to run j&k trucking as my dba instead of my llc. I want to change my llc to j&k enterprise llc and make my dba j&k trucking.What steps do i need to do? Do i need to just change the llc then add the dba ? create a new llc ? am i able to switch the llc and dba on the current llc i already have? hope its not to confusing.
What types of evidence do you need of a first date of sale? If I sold a product to a friend who paid with cash or Venmo how would I record that so that I can use that date in the application?

My one question that I have is if I have one company that is flipping houses and one company that is buying an apartment complex . do you think it is best or not to have them under one LLC, or should I separate the two, even though they are in the same category. I e just went through pic with my personal back taxes. Not even 30 days past paying the they file another tax lien for the Buisness I had in 2018. They are charging me for years I didn’t have the Buisness operating. How do I proceed?
I'd recommend using a enrolled agent (for taxes) who can help you negotiate. Or you may need to have that old business file bankruptcy (talk to a bankruptcy attorney about that)
Hi there. Great video. I am not a legal resident nor do I live in the USA, I am a foreigner and I have a single member LLC that I opened in November 2023. I opened the bank account with $10 and I have not sold anything, I have made no transactions yet. Do I have to declare?
You can file the DBAs as soon as the corporation is formed. They are filed with the County, or you can use a system like dbastore.com to make it easier

Both RNC and DNC are political parties. After a practice trademark search, I discovered the RNC has a registered word trademark, but the DNC (very politically distinctive) has nothing in any class. Why is that?

I do have a question that I am hopeful you can answer...when submitting an application (using free form text option) and only wanting to submit for "class 21" (for example) as a whole....and you are not 100% sure what your exact products will be...what should you input in the text box in that section? As I understand it, you can get more specific later in the process but it is unclear what to put in that box in the meantime. I hope that makes sense.
Hello and thank you for this video. I have a quick question about the end of your teaching. I have currently a DBA and a EIN number and I am offering Engineering Consultation. I am starting now another business which has nothing to do with my Engineering business, a totally other area. So according to your teaching I do not need another EIN number correct, but I can have a separate business account. Thanks so much

So im a truck driver and i have my LLC, im looking into opening a small business and wanted to know if i can put trucking and my small business into my LLC. If my small business takes off and does good, im thinking about leaving my trucking career and keep growing my small business. Would it be a smart move to keep my old llc or just open a new one? In your experience, would this be more likely to be accepted at a BoA branch compared to a PO Box or virtual addresses from services like AnytimeMailbox, EarthClassMail, or iPostal1?
Hm they will not accept a PO Box but yes they might for a UPS store or other virtual mailbox - if anyone looks it up (even on Google maps), it’s very easy to tell it’s not a real location, though

Hi Liz In the case of this clause of Indemnification I am not holding the state to account is that correct. Upon receipt of funds (either ACH or negotiation of check) for payment of this claim, you are certifying that your claim is valid and just, that all statements herein are true and correct, and that you will indemnify and hold harmless the State, its officers and employees, from any other valid claim to the property.
@@ElizabethPW Thanks Liz I believe you answered my question That the state are not held accountable for the acquisition of my funds I won’t name the organisation what evolved was my account was deemed inactive, and no communication was received, all my funds were transferred to the state, I Discovered this when I checked my account, This was no small amount.. Well you can “sell” the business from the Corp to yourself, or you can just close the current biz (as of 12/31 perhaps) and start the new one. It depends on many factors but the biggest is tax and liabilities
I want to change ca llc to c corp. Should I choose articles of incorporation with a statement of conversion - ca corporation general stock. It shows from a non-qualified out-of-state entity. I just want to make sure this is correct. Can I leave LLC name when I covert to c corp? And I think the easy way to do it , just fill form 8832 to change it.
